Hi Vic! Great video. the video is a treasure of knowledge. No words are enough to express my gratitude towards you for this knowledge video. Thank you very much.
this is remarkable and helps clear up any doubts the ancient indian astrologers used a tropical zodiac and a seperate siderial Nakshatra zodiac. thank you
very clear explanation, so that everybody can understand. thank you! reminds me of a saying by albert einstein: "what you really understand, you can explain to a small child".
i am presently researching how a metal core is indicated. if there is a metal centre, it could be the rupis nigra on old maps, said to attract the compass. this however corresponds with sumeru, which is gold, not black. i contend that sumeru is indeed metaphysical, wider at the top, as would be an inaccessible hyperboloid; we are in the torus, on the plane within, and just as an apple widens from its top, so too do the vortices (rotating lotus leaves). so the asuric scientists of our time that speculated on emptiness do not recognize those leaves are actually the spiritual sight of magnitic fields, invisible to worldly eyes. the ferrocell experiments reveal them however.
Sir which planets or nakshatra makes a person highly highly ambitious ? And I am not asking about passion of mars or Venus. I mean the real ambition, the obsessive dangerous one.
Though I could easily envision a model of the "heavens" as being comparable to the layers of our atmosphere (troposphere, stratosphere, stc) and dimensional planes of existence therein relative to their densities, or even as something beyond even that, I've still always been ambiguous about the "nether realms". They seem very material. Are they to be treated as (subtle or gross) layers within the actual terrestrial globe or potentially as stacked planar fields of experience, with more or less material dimension, relative to the plane of the ecliptic and all the planets the orbit within it (accomodating for variance in their declinations)? The ecliptic, therefore, acting as a sort of "middle plane," anchoring this model. Then there's the idea that they could be entirely other planetary "solar" systems above and/or below ours relative to our geocentric perspective. OR, entirely other dimensional realities layered over/under ours (akin to our concept of 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, etc - but with more nuance) operating at densities/frequencies beyond our immediate perception. Just reasons to continue digging. Lil' jñani here. 😅😂 Always so much fuel for profound contemplation in the Vedas and their offshoots. Thank you, Vic, for the work that you do to understand and make understandable this fascinating and illuminating information. You're a gem of a teacher.
i think the heavens may correspond to the planets, but i have yet to work out the maths. the hells are things with highly irregular declinations, so they correspond to comets
I would say Śukas whole purpose in discussing cosmography in the first place is to describe it as a type of "body" or "incarnation" of Bhagavan. So the hells are something like the bowels, not the most flattering parts.
Vic, my Guru.
Eternal respect and appreciation.
Great summary! Thank you Vic!

i'm going to read Shrimad Bhagvatam now. it's so accurate to our existing scientific researches
thank you. here are my translations for cantos 1-4 and chapter 16 of 5. vicdicara.com/books
This is so so insightful. Blessed to have received it from you🙏❤️

I love that way of putting it. He's a wonderful explainer. Gentle yet strict.
😍🙏
Fabulous, your teaching. thank you.
It is lovely to listen.
Very clear explanation of the astrology in the Puranas
Thank you Vic for sharing such a deep knowledge! 🙏🙇♀️💜
Good luck with all you do 🎉🔱☀️
Interesting... thanks 🙏
Namaste 🙏🏾
thank you for this breakdown. i've paused at 7:21 to question whether these concentric circles need be heliocentric at all.
Very cool

Also rahu.

Vic, why are the hells an afterthought?
