- If you've ever wondered what life would be like at the bottom of the Grand Canyon well... you came to the right place. This video is action packed with many of the wonderful experiences that happen down in the big ditch (Camping, Hiking, Eating, Drinking, Exploring, ) and of course the best moments of all come from blasting through big whitewater waves with your friends!! I could not be more appreciative of the people i got to spend those 23 Days with, friendships were formed, bonds were made and forever always this trip will live on to be a highlight in my life.
Lee's Ferry to Pierce Ferry 280 Miles 23 Days January 6th - 29th 2021 Approximate Flows were 11,000 to 13,000 CFS
Special Thanks to Abraham Lentz for making this trip happen and bringing such an amazing array of talented individuals together for so many days of laughter and fun. Thank You Kayla Stephens for always sticking with me through thick and thin, I have learned so much from you as a boater, we have pushed each other to the best of our ability from the day we met and completing our 3rd Grand Canyon trip together was nothing short of success. I also want to give you credit for the filming and photos you did for this video and being such an amazing oarswomen. Along with the rest of you on the trip... thank you guys for all the laughs and fun times, and capturing some amazing photos in which i could incorporate into my video to show a little more perspective of life in the canyon.

Awesome video! I was fortunate to make that trip a few years ago with my son, Lowen and Liz and their crew or paddle heads! We were able to make the trip due to a cancelation, and on short notice, they got an outfitter to set us up, and away we went! It was an honor and a privilege to be included!!!

What month was this? Everyone is in jackets, helmets & water is clear. Love the costumes 😃. We did 7 day oar lower half with ARR in August (2021)and it was hot and water all turned up from heavy rain & floods. Jimmy H did all the work in a self-bailing raft. It was an epic blast!!
