    Just stay in shape year round and there are only minor tweaks to get your feet and a few other areas in shape for hiking.

      Working throughout the year is huge + many of the activities we do during the off-season, can translate to the hill as well!

    So many great points here. I keep deload simple, either half the weight or half the reps. Your mind muscle point was a game changer for me. Becoming intentional on what exercises and each rep in training upped my performance big time. Great stuff Alicia.
