Novella your hair is very long and gorgeous. When you do you kids videos your hair appears to be short or is it in some kind of up do. I'm glad you are using the cheaper products such as Pantene. It really works very well especially the Gold series hair mask. I'll be following you
Thank you so much Angela, so when you see my hair shorter it's because it hasn't been blow dried (you see my full length when I blow dry my hair) but rather styled on damp hair, twisted or plaited, then unravelled into a twist/braid out or put up into a high puff for example. I have disrespectful shrinkage lol
Yes! cheap products work too :) I purchase products based on their function and how they perform on my hair and not so much the price to be honest.

Wow, you’re busy and beautiful! I am a mom of 5, but their 31,29,27, and 18 year old twins. I wish I would have never given them a relaxer, but now we are all natural. Back in the 90’s hair videos were not available.
Our oldest 2 live in another city.
Ha ha thank you so much! Oh wow 5 children 🙌🏾 yes that's so true. My mum says the same thing, she wishes she had known better when it came to caring for my hair but there wasn't much help in terms if videos, coaches etc back then like you wrote. We live and we learn 👑

What lip gloss are you using? And how long did you have your hair tied up before you did your twist out and what products did you use to achieve it. Also, show us how you do your slick back ponytail.
On my lips I used Clarins Natural Lip Perfector.
I had my plaits in for a week then unravelled, for this braid out I used Oyin hair dew leave in and Carols Daughter Marguerite's Magic Cream.

My hair care regimen is very similar to yours, except I wash my hair every 2 weeks. It’s growing healthy & down my back, hope to achieve similar length, your hair is beautiful & healthy!😃Glad to know I’m on the right track!😆💜

New Subbie..... beautiful journey and hair. Congratulations on hitting your goal. I love my hair care....I am soooo envious of your 1.5hr wash day. My hair strands are 17" 4 years post BC....but fine , super high density and HP. On top of this my head is above average size 😂 so it's a journey. You have encouraged me...our routine is similar. From weekly pre-poo to DC and a low manipulation style. I am experimenting with flat braids under a headband wig with the same weekly routine. My goal is waist length.

You're welcome, No I pre poo on dry hair. I detangle out of the shower on wet hair with conditioner. I actually wash my hair out of the shower. Lol it's crazy how much more my hair has been thriving with just little tweaks to my regime. Thanks for watching!
