We nearly bought in that building.
Views would be amazing. But the choice of finishes for 4.3 are typical Victoria. Honey floors, built in tub, etc. And the kitchen colours/finishes. 4.3!
Nice home, great views. Not a fan of the beige kitchen, and the power-recliner seats in the TV room are completely silly. And an editorial note on the appliances: Miele is German, and despite being spelled the same as the Italian word for honey, it's pronounced differently. In German "IE" works like "E" in English, hence its "Mee-luh".
