I grew up near Gotti's social club and Sammy Gravano would pay me to watch their car while they were in the club, one time John (Gotti) gave me $300, but usually Sammy handed me s $100 bill. I was 13 years old at the time and that was a lot of money for a teenager in the mid eighties! Once, Sammy yelled at me for skateboarding while I was supposed to be doing my job and watching the car, Lol. They really didn't need me, they were just being nice like they were to all the kids in the neighborhood. At the time I had no idea just how dangerous they were, I was oblivious.
I only did 6 of the most popular mafia figures but there are so many other mob bosses and associates in the same cemetery it would have taken me forever to find them all, it really is a beautiful cemetery
Nice video, really interesting. I've always had a fascination with the Mafia History. Definitely my favourite film and tv drama genre. Boardwalk empire was a great setting for how the Mafia rose up via Luciano
Hi, i m gonna visit the cemetary on march, i m from sicily. There is any chance I will find the lucania cripta open? It is close? Could i visit it on inside ?

This is awesome. I'm not from NY, but from the Pocono's so yeah I have been around these guys I actually have met Gotti. Didn't know how big he was until watching the news though. Also I have heard of Joey "Kunoock" but don't know how to spell it. 😂 but I have heard the name either in a movie or in my vast research on the guy's. I am a history fanatic. Mafia is one of my favorite subjects.
That's badass that u met John Gotti! I believe the spelling would have been Joey "Canuck" like the hockey team from Vancouver because he got the nickname from driving up to Canada all the time to bring back liquor, if u find his name somewhere please let me know! Thanks 4 watching and commenting👍
If " the honorable " Victoria Nudelman ends up in Heaven I'd rather be in Hell with John Gotti. At least Goddaddy never hid behind the " freedom and democracy " crap.
your stupid . There is no hell. The hebrew word sheol was translated wrong . It simple means grave . Or in the ground. But you probably think the bible is real too. Its a fucking fairy tale .

@@libertygiveme1987 No I’m Over 30 but I appreciate the hard work and I find it interesting but some of the people that are being talked about I don’t know who they are sometimes a picture will help.

What about Meyer Lanski, Dutch Schultz,Salvatore Maranzano, 'Legs' Diamond, 'Mad Dog' Coll and the Amberg bros. (minus Oscar, which dissapeared from the face of the earth)?
I understand that there’s professionalism in every profession, even in killing your own people/selling your soul for protection, and Carlo was as professional as it gets, but the things he did go against the morals of any religion so he was universally evil, he shouldn’t get special treatment
Gambino's funeral and wake were attended by several hundred people, with plainclothes police and FBI agents mingling outside. His funeral procession consisted of 13 limousines, around a dozen private cars, and one flower car.

seriously? These guys were nothing. Mexican Cartel bosses make more money in a single day than these slobs ever saw in a year.

A bit morbid to have tourists taking selfies around graves while trampling over neighbouring graves.
