Mila I've never seen anyone hang bias cut garments BEFORE sewing it up, it's generally after, but your results are amazing, so I can't wait to try it. But I just wanted to ask you 3 quick questions: 1) what's the MAXIMUM amount of time you would allow it to hang for please? 2) Would this same hanging before sewing process work with a circle skirt? and 3) I need a new iron for sewing projects in particular, and can see that you use a Braun Tex. Would you recommend it? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance. ☺️

Thank you for your kind words!
The hanging time depends on the fabric properties to stretch along the bias. You can do it overnight. I also recommend pinning the edges when the pieces are hanging. Vertical seams will not be twisted after you sew them. As for the iron, I use a household iron. I'm going to buy a pro ironing station.
      Happy sewing 😊

Did you use a straight stitch? also I'm always struggling with the tension every time I sew something on bias 😢 any tips? Thanks ❤

Yes, I did use a straight stitch. When sewing on bias, it can be helpful to slightly reduce the tension on your machine to prevent any puckering or distortion. Additionally, using a walking foot can help feed the fabric smoothly and evenly. Good luck!
