It’s crazy how much I can relate to Liv. Always moving, parents not being close, being detached from your family. Im also in a relationship with someone that is really close to their family and it’s so foreign to me it makes me uncomfortable lol.

gives me so much relief to hear other women especially of cultures that are usually heavy in family say they didn't have that family feeling growing up. I didn't either and its one of my heartaches but i know im gonna build an amazing one.
Love this talk. Y'all should do more of these videos they're golden. I'm like olivia, and I really didn't have family I was just left and told to stay home all day. Mom more worried about her boyfriend. Never had a dad. Im 21 and I'm still finding my way of life and happiness. Hard to trust ppl after grown up in that house then getting into foster care at age 17 was the best thing that happened to me
I can relate to Liv so much! My parents were the same way, always talking bad about one another and they would do it around me. Now that I’m older I’m realizing how much that has effected me mentally and even though I still love them dearly, I limit my time around my family
I always had so many questions about why Reign isn’t around his grandparents as much and why you guys moved far away from your family units, but it makes so much sense now. Thanks for letting us in to y’all experiences. Wishing you guys the best 💕
Hey #GoldJuice!!! We would love to have a part 2. Topics like this do help others that can relate. But Liv, I commend you for becoming the woman that you are. It’s not easy being a strong woman coming from a background of a broken home. You are amazing and pray that God continue to bless you on your journey. Will, I know what it is like growing up without a father in the house. My mom raise 4 of us a single parent and I must say that she did a damn good job. you guys are such strong and amazing people. Going through those times made you who you guys are today because if none of you had a past like that then you wouldn't have wanted to change for the better. I wanted to touch on Reign. The name fits in and makes more sense now because Reign means a king or a ruler of some sort. Reign is the start of a new generation. He is the king of his generation because like Will said, his background is full of different people nonbiological and biological. You guys will grow your family more and all the cousins and aunts and uncles for the generations to come will be connected together. God works in such mysterious ways and he put Olivia and Will together for a reason, to rebuild their family foundation from scratch and be together forever. Love yall!! keep making videos like this sharing your past because I feel closer now as they open up. We are your family!!!

Watching this really helped me as I came out to my mum 2 days ago and she is very against things like that so it was very hard and listening to this video about liv’s grandma being very religious when it came to stuff like that, with her mum.

This is my experience as well I live with parents seperated. It sucks cuz they hate eachother as well and growing up I never had a stable life because of going back and forth with them. Because of what I learned growing up in that life style I will not raise my kids like that. I hope to have my own whole family one day. Because having seperated parents growing up is very hard don’t wish it on no one.
