You can buy a house whever you go and sell it when you get ready to move, or take the equity out of it to buy a new house. It’s better to buy than rent, people buy and sell quickly quite often, a home purchase doesn’t have to be permanent so buy while you are financially stable.
You are 100000% correct! A lot of people feel like if they buy a house, they are stuck there, and that's not the case.
That is the worst possible advice , a house is a huge liability and unless your paying cash your fucking your self with a mortgage. Let them save their money so they can enjoy the fruits of their labor vs being inslaved to a house for 40 years
i can kinda tell u dont own a house. people end up selling because of repairs, a lot of liabilities and it doesnt always gaureentee u sell it more than you bought it.
