Just tried this having not done any kind of fitness preparation since a bit of yoga 25 years ago, did 4 min (could have done 5). Then I checked the grading scale. A perfect score is 3:40 for a 17-21 yr old male. I'm 65. And my form was way better than shown in this video. This should be done without the baggy clothing so the form can be better seen, they've both got their butts too high and backs too relaxed downward. This is known as "the plank" for a reason.

I wish you could still do the leg tuck if you wished. So much quicker. You only had to do 1 rep, though, I get why they decided to make things easier.
I think they have to hold a 2 min plank if they’re unable to complete 1 leg tuck

They wear the “baggy clothing” during colder weather. Keeps the muscles warm for the 5 other events they must complete and reduces risk for injury. 🖤💛
