She had a facelift some years earlier, she has regular facials etc, probably also botox + she has been made up for this shoot by a professional make-up artist - it's no wonder she looks younger than her age (which was 53 at this point).
Madonna looks so pretty here! This was 10 years ago, she had a face lift,botox and a little filler in her cheeks.. BUT.. She still looks like MADONNA and pretty. I hope she will realize she doesn't need all that lip and face filler that she had at the 2023 Grammys.. I am begging you Madonna, please let that filler go down and away and dissolve forever! When asked about early hits she never really answers the question , I think her problem is she doesn’t realise what songs the fans wanna hear on her tours , she often sings to many album tracks rather than the hits that made her famous , the last 2 tours were very album filled , fans wanna hear songs like Angel , a better version of true Blue / Who’s that girl , Gambler, Causing a Commotion, Cherish, Bad Girl I’ll Remember and many more , Physical Attraction would be a big bonus to , maybe a greatest hits tour next , she doesn’t need to keep up all these trends, she has nothing to prove !

Madonna was way before her time with this interview on Facebook. Before this Facebook interview I think that other famous people had not used the social media to it´s full potential in the same way that Madonna did with this interview. It´s clever that she decided to do this. This way she could meet some of her fans in person and also get questions from her fans and supporters from all over the world without having to travel to a lot of countries. Rihanna did the same thing later in 2012 when she released her "Unapologetic" album. Madonna is still a trendsetter, in my opinion. Yes she follows some trends, but with this interview she proved that she is still very creative and original. :)
