@@ImNotFine44 Glad to find I'm not the only one. I adopted the habit of shooing moving targets just as they touch the edge of the reticle instead of trying to center it, and it's helped immensely

I met Jerma at a convention once, and I was able to spot him from the other side of the convention centre due to his iconic green glow. Later on, I shook his hand and got cancer. This is real.
the power plant has stopped talking to him and now has a 24/7 cleanup team outside his house in preparation for his inevitable death and/or mutation. jerma obviously doesn’t know about this, because as a twitch streamer he has no reason to ever leave his house or even look out his window.

I'm pretty sure you can only see the blue emblems on the map after picking up the blue request notes.
this is correct, you can only ever check the tracking or locations of requests you have picked up the papers for. You don't need the papers to achieve any of them, but they will not track on the map or in the log without the paper first.
