Lemon Mountain Dew Cake- a Delicious Taste of Summer!
Lemon Mountain Dew Cake
1 box lemon cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
1 small box lemon Jello Pudding
1/2 cup Mountain Dew
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1 cap full of lemon extract
4 eggs
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Bake in a greased and floured bundt cake pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes
Glaze
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of Mountain Dew
Poke holes through out cake with a chop stick
Mix together in a small saucepan until it comes to a boil, stir constantly.
Pour over cake while still hot
Leave in pan for 10 minutes
Remove & let cool.
