Aside from being underpowered and lacking some luxury and convenience features other Cadillac models had, these were great reliable cars. The lever in the trunk is the manual override for the gas door lock.
Pronounce it like chrome... Not bro ham. The lock in trunk is for the gas filler behind the rear license plate so it cant be flipped down and your petrol cant be stolen or tampered with
The climate control would tell you any codes on the car. My 83 had a issue and you hold a certain number of buttons at the same time and it told you what was up.
My granddad had an ‘87 that looked exactly like this one. Great car for a great man! Thanks for sharing this with us.
Glad you enjoyed it

my favorite
My kind of car, definitely. Love the Cadillac land yachts!
Haha I loved the “ASMR” part of the video. “This guys not paying attention…”
That slider in trunk is the license plate lock to keep strangers out of the gas cap

If they spelled it like chrome, I'dsay it like brhome. If mirrored metal was spelled Crougham I'd probably say "Crow Ham" too.
Gorgeous survivor!!!
The lock in into he trunk is for the fuel door. When the door locks engages you can't flip down the license plate
That's awesome
Do you offer parking lessons with this one?
Nice
Is this the tarantula?
Cadillac (ack, ack, ack, ack, ack)

0:11....................it's pronounced "Broam"/"Brome". Say "Roam"/"Rome", & then add a B in front.
Ah, so the same as "Brigham Young University". Easy enough! Thanks
