Thank you all for helping the beautiful Kestrel. I've seen a few American Kestrel sitting on phone lines on my past trips up to northern California. Love those eyes.

Oh how beautiful he thinks you're his mommy, I wished you had a glove I know he would perch on hand he trusts you, I love it I'm an animal whisperer every body tells me that, but I really think if he perched on your hand with the glove. I think you could release him. It's so obvious he trusts you. I think you've done awesome job he's bonded with you. You can get him back to the wild .Im so proud of you not everyone can do that. I happened to be that person. People who know me call me the animal whisperer it just comes naturally to me and they know it. I'm over joyed
Your good.not everyone can do it. I don't know why to us that have the GIFT IT'S EASY GOD BLESS YOU YOU ARE AN ANIMAL MUSE❤.

Just love birds (except when they crap on my cars)! We have a huge Saman tree in our front yard with woodpeckers, white-throated crows, village weavers, humming birds, banana quits, and the list goes on. I love to listen to them first thing in the morning as they go about their nest building and food gathering.

Do they have any rescue groups in France? Or Falconry clubs? It needs to build up tremendous strength to sustain flight. They do need fur and feathers with their meat to help digestion. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful creature with us and the bird ain't bad either😂!

LMAO! Your "kestrel on my head" face is much different than your "EXCITED" face. What happened? You weren't excited about having a baby kestrel on your head?🤣😂😅 I think I know how you feel though. I keep a couple of asain water monitors and there claws are razor sharp. They leave little poky holes and scratches every time they decided they want to climb on me. 😂
