Congratulations. YOu have made it totally impossible for me to log into Surfshark of which I. have been a customer for a few years. I won’t be renewing because every time I try to log in I just throw my hands in the air and give up.
There is no login code on any of my devices, at least you should show how to find the code on your video,, if all my devices has logged out and can't login again, I am not going to renew

I have watched the video, but I can't find any codes in my devices. All apps only ask to enter the code, that I not have / have finded. I have password generator app, I don't need any codes!
do we need to have this code? i just created an account and had to create a login password as required and now i need an additional code? this is confusing... also setting up a vpn for the first time...not as "easy peasy" as the guy in the video says... good i have 29 days left to consider to cancel or not..
Unfortunately, this doesn't solve my "too many login attempts" issue because... your website is basically always down. Come on... either sort out the too many login attempts problem, or have a website that doesn't constantly fail.

same issue is... logged in on both phone and laptop and both dont have a code lmao they ask for a code even if im already logged in
