I am absolutely heart broken by this... I am in the medical world working with children like this daily. It is so difficult for families in general let alone a single mom doing this on her own ! Justice needs to be served and she needs to get the finances she deserves to help both her and her child. How can we help... Can we do anything to help her situation now ?

This Nonxuba is not the only attorney involved in scamming the poorest of the poor its absolutely absured that he continues to practice as a lawyer now in Sandton....our criminal justice system is forever failing those it is supposed to protect the poor and those with deep pockets continue to manipulate our justice system to their own advantage at all costs...its really sad and painful!

The seriously high sums of R16m & R15m are very odd for cash damage awards . I suspect that the suspect also had corrupt officials representing the state that concluded deals with him that ended in gross oversettlements and probably huge illegal kickbacks as well. Shouldn't be too difficult to establish who reached those settlements with him .
