- The final leg of cycling 5 countries in 5 days. Our first time bike packing and it was an epic trip. So much so were already thinking about packing up the bikes again and going cycling in the Alps. Over the five days we cycled 887 km and climbed over 6,000 mtrs.

Bit of a slog getting home but what a trip 😀 we had a great time and it all went well for our first time bike packing
Epic ride for both of you and very well-deserved medals! Sun came out just as you finished, Cheers, really enjoyed watching the trip! 🍻
The back story to the medal was we were doing the festive 500 but Shane had a problem and stopped around 250km. My daughter made us medals for the finish but Shane wasn’t there when I finished and didn’t get his. Once we hit the 500 km on this trip he was saying he wanted the medal 🤣 my daughter brought up the one he was ment to get originally for the festive 500 🤣
Top man , good to see you both made it home safley , great trip , Keep living the Dream 👍

Great little trip for the first bit of bike packing. Never mind ear plugs, I’ll be getting my own room 🤣
At the other end of the building 🤣🤣🤣
Great effort to you both :)
Appreciate it pal, great few days on the bike.
This was a great series of videos and one that has got me thinking about doing something similar, I just need to convince a couple of friends to join me.
Keep the great videos coming 👊🏻
Appreciate it Craig, thanks a lot. I loved it, brilliant experience. Bike packing is the way forward 😀
A very inspiring trip 👍 honestly don’t know how you managed that last 190km tho. You looked like crap on the boat 😂🤣 great content can’t wait for the next trip.
Wasn’t sure to put it in or not but I think it’s better to show how it is. It’s not always great times 🤣 I was in a world of hurt and more so I didn’t want Deb and the kids waiting all day on me. They had a good drive to meet me in Dublin. Thanks as always pal 🤙
Should have stopped in Tim Hortons in Belfast. The coffee is like jet fuel. You would have had that trip done in no time.
That’s a good enough excuse for me to go
Back up there 🤣 I plan on doing the north at some stage, always wanted to cycle around it. This time unfortunately was just a case of getting down to get picked up as quick as possible.
