I need a help . We are filing my mom and dad visitor visa for 6 months first time.we are 100% sponsoring their trip.
There is a question that “Does anyone rely on me for financial support including traveller or not travelling with you “ . In my father’s application, should we select ‘yes’? I’m confused because in UK we are completely sponsoring their trip so mom won’t be dependent on father. But yes in India mom is dependent on father. So what should we select? Yes or no?

Hi, you guys are doing wonderful job. I am sponsoring my mother in law's visit to UK and I currently hold skilled worker visa and my wife holds dependent visa.I have got three things to clarify. One - What document evidence should be provided for the condition that I will not be breaching UK immigration laws while my mother-in-law's stay in UK. Two - What document evidence to be provided to show that I am genuinely related to my mother-in-law.Three - You have provided two templates for itinerary one for applicant where bare minimum details are provided - Should this be as such and the other where detailed plan is provided wherein, accomodation details column is left empty. Is it okay to leave that column empty? or Should I get a confirmation on hotel stay from the hotel? as the itinerary which I have prepared requires staying in a hotel for atleast two days in London.

I have submitted the application of Tourism/ Tourist/ Standard Visitor Visa.
I have applied for the UK visitor visa (6 months).
Applicant from: India
1.Do I need a TB( tuberculosis) test report (uploading or physical copy)?
2. Do I need any passport size or visa size photos for biometric/ application? ( If yes, then which background color and size of photos required).
A quick revert will be appreciated.
While filling Visa form I ticked "No" for visiting other countries. In fact I visited on Tourist visa to Nepal, Srilanka and Dubai during last 10 years for a stay of 5 to 7 days. Now suggest me how to rectify this.

The documentation from your side seems quite excessive! I have done this a few times and I have only provided an invitation letter, 3 month’s statement, passport & BRP copies. In the invitation letter I write to confirm if i am sponsoring their stay in the UK. This has worked well.
How much amount you need to show in their account as well as your account ( who sponsored them)
@@bhavinidarji5945 It depends on how much money the applicant plans to spend (this is given as input in the application). Generally it is recommended to have around £150 per day and calculate based on total number of days.

@@nasirakhanam Yes, all the costs are included here - hotel, food, tourist activities, transportation, etc. You don’t have to show £150 per day, I have never done that. It is just a ballpark figure, and it completely depends on what you write in your application about what you plan to do whilst in the UK.

Is it fine, if the travel date is postpone/prepone by 15-20 days/ a month to the date mentioned in the itinerary and cover letter, after the visa decision is received?

You can register but the treatment is not free on visitor visa

Yes you don’t need to fill if you are not sponsoring.. make sure they are proving accommodation information where they will stay as you are not sponsorinh

Yes, they can invite parents but it would be more better (in my opinion ) if the dependent has a job in UK too, if not it would be better if the spouse who is working invite people.
Visa validity will be 6 months by default. You can pay extra and choose to get 2 years, 5 years or 10 years. Prices increase accordingly.

You can mention in the cover letter from the applicant side and provide home registry document copy!

We saw that they r asking for EVIDENCE OF SPONSOR WILL NOT BREACH UK IMMIGRATION LAW...
Can you suggest is this a mandatory document required from my father (sponsor) or from us..and how n where to get this from??

This is for the sponsor, which is you. Your's BRP copy is required. (This is what we have provided)- Rest it's always good to take professional advise.

Hello Avi, can you please tell if we can mention that they will be here for full 6 months (6 months visa for parents) ? Actually many people told me to mention their stay for only 1 month and not 6 months . Even if we apply for 1 month stay we will get validity for 6 months. Please let me know.
you'll need to provide 6 months itinerary and reason if that's your plan.. if you provide 1 month itinerary then also you get 6 months visa but obviously be honest and provide as much information as possible about their stay in the UK

Are parents going to stay at your address? Then make sure there are rooms available if not then they can stay in a hotel and you can provide tenancy agreement even if your name is there also..

Roughly around.. A daily budget of about £100 to £150 per day per visitor but if you are showing in the itinerary that they are only staying at home then may be less amount required

Also there is something I want to enquire about, that my mom is a housewife, and she doesn't have these payslips and form16 and leave certificate, also my father is a mechanic and he gets his salary in cash , so he don't have his payslips , no income tax paperwork and none of them has a good bank statement either. So can you please help and suggest me what can I do in such case for their visit visa application sponsored by my husband who is a door supervisor here in UK . It should be alright. You can mention in the cover letter from them that your mother is dependent on your father and she doesn’t have any bank account.. (Please be advised we are not immigration consultants, whatever advise we are giving based on our limited experience and knowledge)

Passport should be fine as at the back of the passport, usually your parents name should be mentioned.
