Loki could erase Scarlet Witch from one reality, remove her from one point in time and place her in another, freeze her in time... Wanda can only project her astral form into other time branches, but Loki is holding and maintaining the time branches. He could stop time and evade any attack, which He doesn't even need to do because he can go back in time and bend your fate away from that moment. Loki is WAY MORE POWERFUL than Wanda is and will ever be.
