Simple, yes. Incredibly scary to me still, yes, yes, and yes. 😔 I have a "fear food" list I've been working on, but I see your lists as much more practical and able to break chains long-term and more impactfully. ❤️💙

Haha loved the "bloopers" section ❤️😂🐱

Already grabbing my notebook and pen ready to start this first exercise 🖋️📘 xx
If you are brave enough to challenge anorexia and recover then you can certainly manage to overcome filming in a supermarket 💪❤️😊
    Have a great weekend xx

What do you think of menu plans when starting recovery? Do you think it’s limiting or necessary? Great video by the way! x

I think that plans can be a useful tool in the earlier stages of recovery but only if they are 1) actively enforced and treated as minimums; and 2) made to create a foundation that the ED disapproves of (any plan that the ED is even somewhat ok with is going to be of very little positive use recovery wise) xx

Would it be possible to do a video on completely giving up calorie counting. I'm 4.5 months in but cant let go completely. I've done a day or even managed 4 days at one point. If I'm honest, it's about weight gain, I'm nearing the top of the healthy BMI and it's scary because I've been way heavier in the past and I dont want to go back there. I suppose I still feel I have some control at this point but many ways I dont.

Hi Paula, thanks for your comment: I can certainly feature this in one of the videos of this series as its a very important topic. Stopping counting/tracking etc is essential for both the nutritional rehabilitation and neural rewiring aspects of the recovery process. Also, if you scroll back through my videos I do actually have a one on overcoming number compulsions etc. Thanks again x
