In US news and current events today, Amy Klobuchar tore into Ted Cruz for the hypocrisy surrounding Trump's SCOTUS nominee. On September 26, 2020, Trump announced his Supreme Court pick to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, selecting Amy Coney Barrett for the position. Just days earlier on September 24, Amy Klobuchar slammed fellow Senator Ted Cruz over hypocrisy surrounding the proceedings. Klobuchar outlined what is on the line, including health care, women's rights, and COVID-19. She also explained how droves of Americans are already voting in the 2020 election. Trump's SCOTUS nominee was announced just weeks ahead of Election Day on November 3.

The great depression came into being under the republican's watch. Bill Clinton left office with a surplus that was soon eaten up by the always "fiscally conservative" republican administration. Thie POTUS , NOT including Covid, has brought this country the largest deficit we have ever had and what do we show for it? Well, a few hundred feet of wall that steal American citizens property to build it and it's built so that we ceded a huge chunk of the US back to Mexico because the wall cannot be built ON the border.
