    Extraordinary, very helpful exercises to come to a profound understanding of movement, to develop an image in the body.
    As a physiotherapist and beginner I am also interested in what or if you do some special stretching and treatment for the feet and other parts. Thank you so much for your work and the opportunity to take part in these nice and free lessons!

      Hello, I am not really doing any specific stretching or treatment on regular basis. Sometimes when my body aches... I’ll see if I can do a video about it 🤔

    Thank you for sharing what you know, freely, on this platform. I follow your videos closely & practice. Seeing the wrong things and finding out that (sometimes) I am NOT making those mistakes encourages me and gives me hope that , one day, I will be able to dance elegantly :)

    Vanessa, when would you use arriving on straight knee (day 4), isn't it too hard for a step? Or is it just for practice? Thank you for making those videos, they are really helpful!

      for me arriving with straight knees is the best in most cases since I find it to provide the best stability for the basis leg thus having a good axis after stepping... I use it most of the times. However If someone engages the muscles well as the video shows other kind of steps may be suitable according to the music and personal style.
