I am a ENFJ and been working in SE Asia with the poor and underprivileged and children since 28 years through a non profit org.
I surely can relate to the personality of an ENFJ ! Since covid and the country I work in has been closed down because of a military coup, I do work from the States by computer. We feed every 2 weeks up to a 1000 people and more. They are far worst off then we are! Thank you !

ENFJ-A here. I have also completed the Strengths Finder as well. Both results confirming each other. This is very helpful for those seeking a great self-assessment and a fulfilling career path. I have been in business Relationship management, have mentored entrepreneurs/small-business people, counseled others in life challenges, and I am currently a corporate trainer/HR facilitator. In addition, I have been Board Chair for a non-profit as well as a campaign manager. Roles ideal for me. The very interesting skill is the 'quick read' of people and identifying problems or opportunities. It just comes natural. Also, how quickly I become a Person of Influence wherever I work or things that I get involved in. Communication skills and the connection piece allows me to gain trust very quickly and be able to assist others in solving problems or issues. Thanks for the video and sharing your thoughts.

I’m feeling insecure. Based on most ENFJ videos, I’m seriously underperforming. I help friends and family but don’t see myself changing the world in a big way. My event planning is limited to hosting great dinner parties.😊

I am an ENFJ and a teacher.
The "helping people thing " is a real deal, however, I wonder to what extend it is healthy. Based on my personal experience, I would disagree that a job where you help people who want it is the right one. The real challenge is to help people who are indifferent to your it. You will not find out until then if your desire to help is for your ego's sake or for the sake of the receivers. :)))))
