I will never get over how well the Paris shows were shot on film and edited by Alek and his team for Truth or Dare! SO STUNNING!
YES!! I'm still harboring hopes that someday the entire concert from that footage will be released!

I totally disagree. The footage looked great, but the editing was incredibly sloppy (it's very obvious that it keeps switching back and forth between two different shows), and I hate the way they cut out a huge chunk of the song... Unrelated but I also hated the way they had hey dub over "alright America!" at the being to make it look like it was the first show in the United States when she never even had the curly hair when she was in North America... 🙄🙄🙄 I think that was a perfect example of how everything in that movie was completely phony from start to finish 😂😂😂
Btw I just watched Medusa Dare to be Truthful so I'm feeling extra critical of Truth or Dare 😁
Crazy! Everything movement is coordinated exactly right on the beat and almost identical at every show ... That's why she is an icon!
That just makes her a dancer. You do realise that's what dancers do right?

Got to appreciate her consistency and perfectionism as a dancer. That much energy and passion night after night... quite a feat to also hold the whole team together that long...and deal with the comedown/burnout once it's all been concluded...
A testament to the discipline of exacting the choreography.
Love this tour. My dad took me to the Wembley concert, I was only 14 yrs old, my first ever concert and it was awesome. A few days later I went to vist family in Iceland and the Barcelona version was on TV which I recorded on VHS then in later years had copied onto DVD. A treasured possession until the advent of RUclips!

I like the later tours best (where she stopped wearing the fake ponytail bc it was breaking her hair off). She puts a lil more stank in her performance bc she already knows the choreography like the back of her hand bc she’s done it so many times.

I remember TVE (Televisión Española) showing the Barcelona concert, I was 9 years old and my parents sent me to a week summer camp, I asked my bother (13) to record the concert (on VHS). He recorded it and kept it and I was only allowed to watch it if I will do as he says... going to the shop for candies, cleaning his room, bringing him water, not using the skateboard,... Siblings !!

Yokohama looks amazing view wise, and Paris, she looks adorable. But in Nice, she and the others danced their hearts out and it was SO FUN TO WATCH IT LIVE on HBO back in the day. xoxo
Hands down her best tour ever! She needs to re-do this tour as an anniversary and try and get the new dancers to replicate this... i today's $ this would be the largest grossing tour EVER

I love truth or dare documentary, but damn! How did they missed the opportunity to made it into a DVD! This footage is made like an absolute concert made class! It looks as though you're in the venue watching it LIVE!

This was so cool but also it made my eyes 👀 start to cross lol you put in so much work doing this & as A huge Madonna fan myself I really appreciate it I have been to 10 of her 11 tours the only tour I missed was The Virgin Tour 1985 & I saw The BAM on June 5, 1990 in Worcester MA. She was supposed to do 3 shows & I saw the 2nd show & she cancelled the 3rd show because that’s when she got really really sick that you see in Truth Or Dare with her voice. When I saw her she sounded sick but still sounded amazing. Her singing voice was much deeper because of how sick she was but again she put on such an incredible show sick & all. Again thanks so much again for all your hard work

It's not overpowering because she mimed to the same vocal track every single night of the entire tour.
The only video of her EVER singing this live on this tour was in the rehearsal. And it's fantastic.
Why sing live at a rehearsal, but then lipsynch the whole tour???
