I don't understand why a lot of people are upset that Kamala is referred to as a "DEI" hiring, but many people (specifically black women) stated that I'm voting Kamala because she is "black" or because she is part of the "sista hood", without mentioning of her policies. Is saying that I'm supporting Kamala because a certain group of people think she is black (when she emphatically stated that she is Asian), the same thing as DEI? just asking.
