Really good thing for your hair, nails, skin and actually your digestive system is bone broths. The collagen and good fats really does help enormously too. I use the broth as a basis for soups.

Really enjoyed. Firstly, what is the name of the oil you put on your hair before blow drying? I have used oils, but they make my hair look and feel so greasy. Secondly, saw another vlog by someone who visited the Harrods Christmas shop. Saw some baubles that reminded me of Faberge. Really stunning. Lastly got beside a Lady at traffic lights who had a cute mini black & tan longhaired dachshund on her lap. Commented to my hubby that if you had been in the car with us windows would be down for a conversation or better yet you'd be out of the car to fuss it. 🥰❤🐶

Hello Leonora, your hair has grown really long, watch this video back, when you were in the shower and see. Curls are deceptive. It doesn’t look as long once curled but in the shower it looked super long. Keep growing it. It looks great. I use my hair dryer on my dogs.
