I know Vice City Stories isn't mentioned but at the end of VCS, the city is also I nice place to stay because all gangs were wiped out by Vic Vance gang having taking over their businesss, so they basicaly now control everything happening in the under world of the city with enough money each day to easily bribe police and whoever they want, Vic also eliminate the Mendez brothers which were two powerful drugs dealer (I mean they had a mansion as proof of being among the most powerful) and at the end Vic and Lance were in good terms with Diaz and his gang, the Cuban gang was also in good relationship with Vic so no reason at all to be at war in the streets. We can even said that bloodshed were reduced thanks to Vic's work because no other gangs could be a threat with them on the long run so he's also kinda a hero. I also highly decanonise his death in Vice City because when you compare Vic in VCS and at the begining of VC, it doesn't match at all, I highly see him being this stoned or not having placed trusted people to keep make the money machine work in Vice City, it can only be explained that by the time Rockstar didn't knew they would do VCS but if they did here's how things would had happen (in my head at least): Vic would still be as his prime like two years earlier and even escape the ambush alive. He then use his remaining assets and men in the streets to help Tommy with money and stuff, making a strong friendship with Tommy but still remains highly against drugs so he will let Tommy and Lance take care of that, Vic trusting Tommy to handle Lance stupidity. At the end of the game Lance still betrays Tommy but this time also betray Vic, Vic end up being shot by Lance but Tommy gets him and Sunny too. On his dying breath, Vic gives all the remaining assets of his Empire to Tommy to thanks for his loyalty and their friendship
#1: carcer city(Very close to Liberty City) #2: cottonmouth(Very close to Vice City) #3: Los Santos #4:Liberty city #5: Vice City #6: san Fierro According to a radio broadcast about Carcer City, there are many dilapidated and security-unstable cities in the Rust Belt in the United States, and Carcer City is only a prominent definition of the level of crime in these cities.
Considering that Cottonmouth is more modern than Carcer City and is under the influence of the Project, however, the crime rate there has gone from bad to worse As the story of Manhunt 2 progresses This means that over time, Cottomoth will become more Nightmare than Carcer City. The emergence of gangs with even more insane ideologies than the Smileys like the pervs
Before the video started I knew that you would choose Liberty City as the most dangerous, practically in all games they always say that Liberty is the worst place in America.
Carcer city is the most dangerous out of the 3d universe but out of the main 5 cities in the 3d gta games I would say liberty city is dangerous but it seems to be mostly dangerous because of Claude's actions throughout the game making impossible for him to safely drive a car without getting shot at or get a scatch.
Yeah, but what _do_ we know of Carcer City besides what we see in Manhunt? We can argue that the areas Cash goes through are deliberately messed up for the "manhunt" show. Outside of that, we only know a handful of things, like that it's a Rust Belt city, meaning that it's gone into recession after the American car industry lost its momentum. I think Carcer City is based on Detroit? So poverty and maybe crime, but as the saying goes "If it's so bad, why do people still live there?".

@georgeoldsterd8994 carcer city's inspiration is kinda a mixture of various cities but the 2 main ones are Detroit and Gary Indiana (crime capital of America), we do get hints of carcer city in the 3d gta games through throwaway dialog but the appearance in manhunt is mostly made up of abandoned/rundown properties turned battlefields hand picked by the director

I know GTA 6 isn't even out yet, but I really hope Rockstar will decide at some point in the future to recreate a world similar to GTA 3. Have a gritty, dark, depressing city (maybe Carcer City itself) full of dangerous gangs and such, along with a good story...
Yeah but it’s really not dangerous tho. The gangs don’t attack you at random unless you bother them. I wanna see a Carcer City in HD and also Cottonmouth
If we only consider the most dangerous city in GTA from gameplay perspective, it is Liberty City of GTA 3. If you complete all the missions in the game, in the end, out of the 7 gangs in the city, only 2 of them will remain passive towards you if you don't attack them: Yakuza and the Hoods. The remaining 5 will attack you on sight.

I have years of experience, and I can already tell you that Liberty City is the Stilwater of the 3D era. GTA IV Liberty City is kind of the same because some most wanted suspects use explosives, one of them a rocket launcher.

@@jamesbond8348 It was just those few most wanted criminals with explosives that made me see the similarities between both versions of the city, but yeah, it's more sane there, so I guess the IAA and FIB managed to restore some order for a time. LC takes the cake. I mean, if you were an average citizen/tourist you’d be surprised at the amount of destruction/carnage that goes on. In LCS, Toni blows up a piece of the city for DL and shows no remorse over it. In III, it’s “on sight” if you ever showed your face in Saint Mark’s after the mission “Sayanora Salvatore”.
Las Venturas is undoubtedly the safest city in the 3D universe. No roaming/loitering gangs on the streets and the mob commits white collar crimes mostly.
Rockstar declared that the 2D, 3D, and HD games take place is separate universes, so the town layouts and gang influences are different. Strangely enough, Chinatown Wars is set in the 3D universe, despite being a 2D game.
@georgeoldsterd8994 Chinatown wars is set in the HD universe. It's the same LC as in GTA IV, but without Alderney, probably due to Nintendo DS limitations.
Carcer & CottonMouth city are dangerous too, just not used in GTA but they share the same universe & characters, vehicles & brands from GTA can be found

Way worse than the bikes it's less people and weaker guns on the bikes. Sharks will spray you down or blow your car up in seconds
I wish they would make a features similar to the game The Saboteur in GTA 6. Dangerous city start at black and white and only the color return when the protagonist make the city safer.
Just to add something. Due to game learning curve, while Los Santos may seem extremely dangerous, the enemies there are not all that menacing. I can't actually remember the Vagos or Ballas ever killing me, they are poorly equipped and ill-trained while the later gangs are far more deadly.
GTA 3's Liberty City has to be the most dangerous city to live in, simply because of the Zaibatsu Corporation. They use the "pharmaceutical company" as a front to lure sick or dying people to clone or experiment on them. While they're main exports are body armor, weapons, and a variety of stimulants and sedatives. The weirdest product I can remember from Zaibatsu Corporation is a drink in GTA 2 called "Milky Milk" which is a milk flavored like breast milk that so well that nobody can tell the difference.
List of cities in gta(universal) 1. London 2. Anywhere City 3. Liberty City 4. Vice City 5. San Andreas (State btw) 6. Ludendorff 7. Carcer City 8. Cottonmouth City 9. BullsWorth
The most dangerous, objectively speaking, would be vice city 1984. Theres 30 Empire sites, and these sites often get attacked (gang wars). Also, the number of shootouts that occur during the story and game play wise.
Ironically, for all the drugs going through Vice City, you can't actually buy any during freeroam. Likewise ironic is the cleanliness of the ocean near Los Santos. In one of the mission cutscenes, Carl admits that he doesn't like to swim, because when he was a kid, he got a used condom on his face while swimming.
Easy. Carcer City is the most dangerous city, it’s left ambiguous throughout the Manhunt series but we can easily assume that it is a dangerous city ridden with crime and delapitated interiors
Kinda know what it'll be, after all, Liberty Tree has the headline "Liberty City Ranked Worst Place in America. Again." And between the terrorist attacks in gta 3 and the domestic terrorism Tony commits in LCS, it is an AWFUL place to live.
The 3D era LC is a pretty terrible place to live especially in III with he Spank epidemic where users has no problem turning into suicide bombers just to get high. There's the extreme amount of city wide gang violence, a buch of builidng blowing up (or a whole neighborhood in LCS), when the gangs are in check then it's a mafia war (like killing the mayor in LCS and trying to elect a new loyal one). And even when things are relaticely safe, the bridges/tunnels are closed/broken so you can't get anywhere. Compared to this cities in VC or SA are pretty safe for the most part aside from the usal bad neighborhoods.
GTA 3, because many Fractions is attacking Claude with Automatics in miliseconds. Same in Littlehaitti in VC, but the other Games had slowley Enemy groups, you already has time to escape and a chance to beat them. in GTA 3, Impossible.

You forgot that San Fierro has a Naval Base that will get you a 5-star wanted level if you go there, so I doubt it's the safest.

San Fierro still has a couple of gangs roaming the streets where you could get caught in the cross fire. In Venturas the triads or the mafia don’t roam the streets.
Assuming you are there after the end of San Andreas, San Fierro is 100% the safest, all the truly dangerous gangs are gone and the only one left is mostly busy in Las Venturas.

@@georgeoldsterd8994 the gang fighting is implied. technically you’re not literally living in these cities right but we’re taking in the fact that the story implies these gangs fight each other so if you were to live in these cities this would be factored in
I know Vice City Stories isn't mentioned but at the end of VCS, the city is also I nice place to stay because all gangs were wiped out by Vic Vance gang having taking over their businesss, so they basicaly now control everything happening in the under world of the city with enough money each day to easily bribe police and whoever they want, Vic also eliminate the Mendez brothers which were two powerful drugs dealer (I mean they had a mansion as proof of being among the most powerful) and at the end Vic and Lance were in good terms with Diaz and his gang, the Cuban gang was also in good relationship with Vic so no reason at all to be at war in the streets. We can even said that bloodshed were reduced thanks to Vic's work because no other gangs could be a threat with them on the long run so he's also kinda a hero. I also highly decanonise his death in Vice City because when you compare Vic in VCS and at the begining of VC, it doesn't match at all, I highly see him being this stoned or not having placed trusted people to keep make the money machine work in Vice City, it can only be explained that by the time Rockstar didn't knew they would do VCS but if they did here's how things would had happen (in my head at least):
Vic would still be as his prime like two years earlier and even escape the ambush alive.
A great alternate story indeed

According to a radio broadcast about Carcer City, there are many dilapidated and security-unstable cities in the Rust Belt in the United States, and Carcer City is only a prominent definition of the level of crime in these cities.
Considering that Cottonmouth is more modern than Carcer City and is under the influence of the Project, however, the crime rate there has gone from bad to worse

Before the video started I knew that you would choose Liberty City as the most dangerous, practically in all games they always say that Liberty is the worst place in America.
Came to the comments section to look for comments condemning St. Marks' shotgun Mafiosi. Wasn't disappointed.
@@georgeoldsterd8994it’ll be full of all the rust belt old factory labourers exactly like Detroit but I see it being if it had population added too the game since i am from uk and don’t really know Detroit I’ve heard it’s really rough in the US and can imagine it being like how you see it in the Eminem movie or hardcore pawn 😂😂 full of crazy fockers

Well, GTA4 was kinda gritty and dark. Granted, its events are canonically set in November.

GTA IV Liberty City is kind of the same because some most wanted suspects use explosives, one of them a rocket launcher.

GTA 3's Liberty City has to be the most dangerous city to live in, simply because of the Zaibatsu Corporation. They use the "pharmaceutical company" as a front to lure sick or dying people to clone or experiment on them. GTAO Los Santos is quite literally a warzone
Technically it's LS during Riot but in reality it's GTA V LS anywhere there are cops.
