Actually, the part with the Pyro constantly killing the "civilian" is actually a RTD roll. Simply put, the person who rolls this effect becomes a civilian and cannot move at all. They are stuck in the same position and respawns instantly in that position... Though most community servers don't have this roll on. I've only seen two servers with it myself. Both being "fun" or "stupid" servers.
Truly magical. I get a few graphical errors here and there, but the worst glitch I've had in tf2 is on that one payload (gold rush i think) apparently some hacker or maybe just a torch caused the last point to be captured as soon as the round started. All we had to do was cap the first 3(?) and then we won.
