I have a short necked turtle, he is 36 years old and free ranges down the side of the house. I’m in Australia so we can only own native species but it’s lovely seeing all the exotic turtles that you can get in the US. New subscriber here.

If people did research before they adopted animals, the animals would not have so many problems. There would also be a drop in the number of adoptions of exotic pets.

You should check out snake discovery. They have a bird with a bad plucking habit and she recently got sweaters. Their parrot is also a rescue

There was 5 and now we have 3 🥰 We rehomed two to a friend!
They’re still too young to determine age but we definitely don’t want inbreeding!
