I really liked the drama, it has everything k-dramas are famous for: romance, friendship, family atmosphere, heartbreaking moments and cuteness. However I'm so glad that Korean audiences are also beginning to notice inappropriate jokes about toilet. Almost every k-drama has some toilet jokes and also several scenes with people getting really drunk. Luckily in this drama they avoided drunk vomiting scenes. I thought it was a cultural thing and Koreans are not as sensitive about this. But if it is also beginning to be seen as a problem, hopefully we will see less of toilet and drunk humor in the future.

The chemistry between the main leads allowed me to overlook the crude humor and at times, confusing timeline and details. In comparison, where was the kissing in QOT? Anyone know the reason/explanation?

Periods and stained under garment? Which episode is this? How come I didn’t see ithe scene in the drama? Some more , Im Sol did not accidentally borrowed the adult video, her family runs a videos rental store, Seon Jei was the one accidentally borrowed the adult video Basic Instinct, while he visited the video rental store intend to see Im Sol who was helping out watching the store and felt asleep. If you don’t watch the drama, at least tell the story correctly instead of making it up.

The scene with the toilet was seriously off putting. Didn't help the plot in anyway and was just disgusting, was a direct skip 😪

@user-wi6cz4hh5b The dad locked himself in the bathroom as he was washing his hair, but then the water didn't run and he couldn't fix it because of the locked door. The shampoo got into his eyes and he looked at the toilet, before washing himself with the toilet water. After that, he smelled himself and was disgusted. This scene didn't have any important input and was just disturbing and nasty. If you want to watch Lovely Runner, please skip this part for your well-being, after I also skipped the rest of the scene 😭
@slayboschi Thank you, I wondered what was so bad about that scene. I don't think I have access to these shows, I've seen the actors who play the main characters. Many seem to really like them as real-life couple or are the chemistry or kindness to conceal the oddity of some scenes?
@@slayboschiThey could have a better story for that scene but from what I gathered, that scene was put there because it showed the dad waiting for the son to come home, but sadly, in that timeline, sunjae dies and so he doesn’t come home.
They have nothing better to do with their lives. No sense of humour.
