thank you joe!
that is my kickboxing teacher joe Valtellini
thanks champ
Thank you for this video Joseph! Just one question, is it nessessary to turn the calf on the exterior to get a sharp knee ?
we're not worthy!
Eagerly waiting for the liver hook.
Put ads in your video.
Thank you very much sir. If I may make a comment, it seems counterintuitive to stay flat-footed when trying to knee to the head. I suppose it's about balance but you would think getting up on the balls of your feet would give you extra height on the knee
11:13 that edit tho 😂😂😭😭
SOLID fundamentals! if you're interested in kickboxing muay thai or self defense this is the bread and butter. GREAT VIDEO
These always feel so awkward when I throw these
Cham we need new videos pls
What area of the knee are we aiming to land with? I would think the patela would be easy to break, and the femur wouldn't land at the correct angle.
Thanks for the video, Joe.
man thx a lot for the tutorial . I bein watching every lesson for you and I like your mojo : Strong basics first.
thx to be a source of inspiration as a martial artist
What a great video, never though about teaching (learning in my case) kness before kicks.
Joseph Valtellini Thank you Champion!
Thanks!
I can never go over throwing knees at a heavybag. They always seem too hurt the knee cap.
I get knee pain too. I throw them a lot in shadowboxing rounds to avoid that. You can also punch the bag hard and just touch with the knee. You wont be working power obviously but its still good to practice the motion, distance etc.
I've been preety much doing the Bas Rutten workouts so the kicks come after the punches in most cases
