Okay, but if there is like 20 kids, they have 33 sandwiches per person to eat. No way they will eat it before expiration date. Most of them will be thrown away!

Oh well, I guessed 3 sandwiches.
The ONLY thing that i thought was wrong is that: Caramelized onions doesn't need extra sugar. You cook them on medium until they start to separate their own sugar ( 20-30 mins or so ) and then you add some salt, and they give out the rest of their juices and then it start to form up as nice thicc paste looking thing at about 1 hour mark. Those look way too wet when you transfer it to the container and can and will leak out/through the sandwich.
I mean, you can kinda cheat and use sugar ( and some baking soda to make it better and closer to the real thing ), but that is if you are in the hurry, but if you already used like 3 hours on the onions to get to that point, what is 1 extra hour without sugar?
Not giving shit here, just giving advice on how to make it better in the future.

I was a meat cutter for 43 years and I've never seen anybody using meat slicer like that he's on the wrong side of the machine but I guess you can do it anyway you want to. You are supposed to push the meat through the blade not pull it backwards. I mean he still did a good job of slicing the meat but it just looks weird to me.

Brother, please do not use perishable foods such as eggs in products that will be delivered late.
4 hours to finish assembling all of the sandwiches means the ingredients have been sitting for at least that long on the table/bench. I’d be quite worried about the eggs and mayonnaise. 😅

I agree with the man. This is really a very bad sausage. From a number of such as the red price. This is a brand of goods in a chain of stores in Russia. And the sausage from the video has a very similar structure. The only positive thing is that there is no E. coli. I guess I'm not sure.

It's garbage. Called "Salami" if you want. The meat content is about 20% or less. it's made of fat, oils, flour, chemicals.. My cats wouldn't touch it. Sausage is something totally different....
