I respect John and Korey for their honesty; many folks would try and gloss over things like this. Sometimes, personalities just clash, and there's no major reason behind it.

And last year i rediscovered them and all the new songs they made. It was a blast hearing new song one by one, and then i knew this is my favorite band and it was only a few months ago i decided to look more into their background and then found out all the member swaps and i looked back at the music clips and the first time i could not see a difference, Seth is really just a rebirthed Ben, but i love both of them, as more than just the Guitar Brotha from anotta Motha's. I hope in the future there will be more low note shredding, that's my favorite e-guitar sound
I wish Ben and Skillet the best. After ten years it will be difficult to find someone to meld, but I am sure he/she is out there waiting for their big break!
Everybody who has ever watched the skillet podcasts is going to miss Ben, especially since he did a decent portion of the recording. Can't expect him to really be "completely" just because every one is different, no one has a carbon copy out there. Hope they can find a good fit for guitarist.

Wow, its kinda weird to hear him referencing Avenged Sevenfold and Dream Theater. I just didn't expect someone like him to listen to music like that. I think its kinda cool to hear him say that those to bands have great guitar in them (which they most certainly do).

If you want to get technical, had Ken Steorts not opened his own music institution when he did, he might have stayed with Skillet for longer than a few years as their primary guitarist.
