Water is getting into the fuses and circuits on the panel next to the drivers seat. Move the seat forward you’ll see a panel. Open it and water is coming in thru the division of your roof and cab
It is probably too late now but thick copper cable that goes from starter to cab is corroded from inside and it is hard to see. possible some other electrical cables. Had same issue plus truck would shut off during drive and some other crazy stuff. That cable can make ECU crazy acting
Im having a problem with my 2005 columbia where the taillights, clearance lights, and side marker light arent working but signal lights and brake lights are
Check your fuses in the battery box area. They are 30 amp fuses. It maybe coming from a wire back in your battery box area. Also you could have a bad battery. Were all 4 bought at the same time? Never buy 1 or 2 or 3. Always swap all 4 out when 1 or 2 is bad.
I guy has a video where he pulls his ignition fuse and cleaned ithe corrosion And reinstalled fuse it fixed problem truck cuts off by the key...15 Amp fuse next to the one you pulled out
I'm having the same problem with my 2004 freighliner century class st, low voltage warning light is on all the time whenever I start the truck. Can you help me please
@@thowguandong3076 may be low voltage going to the ecm. check the smaller red wire in the battery box, if you see black tape someone has already been in there & you probably have a connection issue by the fuse holder for the ecm.
Same year same truck. Did you replace any wires in the box side panel behind the seat, or did you just seal the cab. I have the same crazy issues, except now my truck is not starting, and the panel does not light up when I turn on the ignition. I'm going to have to play around with those wires tomorrow I'm here stranded right now in NM, middle of nowhere.

Try checking your Low Voltage Disconnect. It’s located behind the dash where your cup holder sits.

It's your key ignition switch. Replace it.

That’s not the IGN Cluster you just pulled out! You pulled out the IGN 15A

Where are the other fuses on the battery?
I have some issues with my gauges, I already spent some money and mechanics can’t fix the problem
Which gauges
The Observer Melanin
The oil gauge, the water temperature, battery gauge, speedometer and tachometer.
My pressure gauge and my fuel gauge still work

Did you get anything deleted lately like your egr? Sounds like a ecm issue
Thanks
