Where is the driver's seat buckle fuse?
My seat buckle light stay on even when buckled up. The buckle is getting power

Protip: take a picture of the back of that cover in the daylight so you can look at it on your phone at night or work quickly in the rain.

100% sure its a fuse or relay. I had the same problem. I changed the fuses and relays and its back working.

Замыкает плюс тормоза на массу, где то перетерся провод

Electrical short. Disconnect both ends of your trailer electric line then try brakes. If it didn't blow the fuse then connect the tractor end of the line and try again, if it still didn't blow then connect your trailer after inspecting inside the socket for water or loose metal. Follow similar steps for the trailer.
