I had this Philips CD304 since 1984 and never use it. I lost the manual. I plug on 110V. It Looks like OK and power is ON too but it didn't play at all. I look at the back of CD player . sticker said 220V 50Hz 30W. is it 220V? it didn't play because I plug 110V?
It is an excellent CD player with TDA1541 DAC chip which is known for outstanding audio quality. If it is rated 220 Volts then you should follow as advised by manufacturing company. Try to find the manual online; just google it and you will find it, I am sure. Enjoy it as it delivers far better sound then modern CD/DVD/BlurRay Players. Many Thanks for supporting the channel, much appriciated.
@@spacetimeengineering only CD304MK2 used the TDA1541, the MK1 ist dual TDA1540 - and has its own spectacular sound! Very good devices, better than most stuff coming after and especially from Japan.
