I have a virtual assistant helping me who told me that I would have to go to this website and put in information that he wouldn't have (in order to create it), but he only told me the name of the website and I figured since you have a link I'll go ahead and use yours.

Hi Milla, You're so welcome! You would use an email provider like ConvertKit to get people to sign-up and it has the policy already set up for you. And they customer would need to opt-in themselves you can't manually add them.

Hey Sheryl! Happy Friday! No, you don't need an LLC to start an Etsy Shop but I do recommend getting one for your business. I recommend speaking with a tax expert they will be able to tell you which business license would be more ideal for your business. I actually set up my LLC with Legal Zoom.

Yes, it’s illegal to add email from your CSV. The customer has to opt into your email address. You can add the link everywhere on your shop so they can signup. This would the right way.

Nancy Badillo like there’s that option to say “are your analytics on?” And you can flip the switch. But if you look on the left of it it says “disabled:” so if you flip the switch you are actually saying you have analytics disabled

Great question! No with digital products there are no refund since their is morning to return. However, you can apply of needed.
One question I think when you switcht the analytics on it actually says you’ve DISabled it.
