Quick Question: if OJ had misspoke during this call and contradicted himself by saying something incriminating, would the case have been reopened immediately? I ask because i think this interview was a few days after the verdict...
OJ can literally go under Oath in a court of law and say “I did it” and the state of California wouldn’t be able to charge him again due to the 5th amendment’s prohibition on Double Jeopardy. The only way around double jeopardy is by federal charges or court martial, however there’s no federal jurisdiction over murders that happen in a single state.
OJ was so guilty. A guilty person feels the need to continue justifying himself. A true innocent person will allow his innocence to prove him right. He seemed either very happy to be free, or show everyone he is happy. A true innocent man will allow this humbling wake up call to remind him the true meaning of life, stay low and true to himself. But no, it was same ole arrogant and defensive OJ.
It's not everyday a person is accused of murdering their ex-wife just to have the media be one sided in their coverage of the trial. It OJ against the Media, the LAPD, the FBI, the LADA's office, and Interpol. The supposedly most import trial in US history and you can't get the official transcripts or any evidence subpoenaed because a judge made it the private property of an LA prosecutor.
Cochran doesn't like OJ talking about the specific facts, he would've preferred OJ to just say, "I wasn't there, I didn't do it." He did not want OJ talking about "shadowy figures" and what the testimony showed or didn't show.
Johnny has his eyes closed and clicking his heels to take him back to Oz. He wants the floor to fall out under him. Its so funny. He knows the rants oj goes on. They hired a junior lawyer to sit at the jail and just talk to him because he had to constantly keep yakking
Whoever killed Nicole and Ron knew Nicole's passcode for her front gate. According to the timeline, Ron buzzed the gate, and talked to Nicole on the intercom. She came out, opened the gate and then the attacks began. Right on the front porch of her home, before they even went inside. Almost as if someone was waiting for the right moment to strike. Now, who would have access to Nicole's passcode? Colombian drug dealers? I think not. It would have to be someone who was close to Nicole. Someone who was insanely jealous of her, and who also was threatened by her male suitors. Whoever killed Nicole and Ron was an obsessive compulsive narcissist who possesses strength, speed, stamina and endurance. Drug dealers don't wear Bruno Maglis, either.

"I gtg, I gtg!" 😂 he didn't want to be put on the spot with Kings questions and "incriminate" himself with the truth!... lol! O.J. ran that show right there! 😆
Star _gazer it wouldn’t matter if he said something incriminating, he literally could’ve said “I killed Nicole and Ron Brown” and nothing would happen to him because of double jeopardy! The only thing he had to worry about here was the impending wrongful death civil law suit the Brown’s brought against him. They one millions and have yet to get a dime from O.J.
You should get a good lawyer,
Like Johnny Cochran,
Swear to tell the truth,
Hell naw I didn't pop'em.
moodmuzik "...start each day off like Chocran got O.J. off..."
Say that you got it alllll, everyday you're at tha maaallll...✌
Get your kids in school so they can get an education, get a degree, and take a vacation...
Jonnie Cochran was amazing, whether OJ did it or not .
Lol "or not".
Cochran was a smart man. He knew OJ did it.
So was F Lee Bailey, that whole team was a bunch of great attorneys.
Nothing special about Cochran winning that case .. hell with that tainted jury I could have won that case.
Against 2 lawyers who barely qualify as public defenders lol
I love how Johnnie is clearly clenching his jaw as OJ speaks lol
OJ is getting all rankled and angry after he just won lol Why does he care ???? He's proving he's a hot head. Cochran sitting there smiling thinking "dude shut up"
Weird.... wouldn’t the killer also know all the facts? 👀🤷🏻♀️
Kardashian …Cochran…and now OJ!…All roasting in 🔥!
This is just disgusting to watch. Absolutely no respect for any of them.
He did it and got away with it plain and simple...but we all witnessed KARMA do her thing 👍🏼
And all his lawyers are dead, aswell. 3 of them died to cancer. Coincidence? Karma!
Yet he's free again?
Kardashian flat out said he started to have doubts of OJ during the trial. He cut ties with him afterwards. I felt bad for him for initially backing his friend
@@TeambrutalDeluxe Robert shapiro is still alive and worth 100 million......And OJ is posting vids on twitter now but yeah "Karma"
@@hisham1720 he did 9 years imprisonment
Johnny says… OJ knows all the facts.
Just don’t know how he cut his finger
I think OJ is the first person ever to use the words 'elaborating on these misrepresentations'
Johnnie had a look of fear when OJ called in lol.
So this was just another typical OJ moment where he grabbed his 15 seconds of fame and enjoyed having control over the conversation. Question is, how come he had to go so suddenly...?
DJ Harris 15 seconds of Fame doesn’t apply to someone who literally all of America knows
He was with his kids didn’t you hear the phone call?
It’s kinda crazy how racially subjective the black community can be. This was just a FU to the LAPD at the cost of two corpses
They don’t care about justice for white people but then again, why should they.
wow look at johnny's jaw constantly clenching and unclenching at 3:10, this guy was nervous af
Why would that be? Oj couldn’t by tried again. Y’all will say anything.
@@rtothe7068 he still could be tried in and lose a civil trial, which is exactly what happened, genius
@@toughbutfair86 civil trial lose was strictly revenge. To this date he hasn’t paid a dime. And even after his death his lawyer vowed to not give them a penny. Ron Goldman’s father is doing everything to avoid admitting that his son might have been a dealer.
@@rtothe7068 i'll play along with your batsh_t crazy theory long enough to point out that murdering a dealer is still super illegal
@@toughbutfair86 tell that to the cartel….but you won’t! Much like OJ kept his lips closed! Oh and um, did you know that Ron was 1 of 3 employees associated with that restaurant to suffer the same fate! They might just have been running Columbian dancing dust up outta there! Just a thought! 🤔
Listen how aggressive he is and how he dominants the conversation, the VERY NEXT DAY. He got off, shut up!
OJ got away with murder....
Just like white police get away with murder, assault and framing innocent people everyday
Joseph Clarke 2 wrongs don't make a right
Joseph Clarke true
This is a fraction of what white ppl police have done to Africans
@@mizzmini45correlation?
It’s crazy how the cops never caught the killer. 😕
Good question, with the newest techniques a lot of aged cold cases were solved. This case costed LAPD of their reputation. Reopen it would be a chance to get back. So why they still sealed it off? Maybe they do know there are other suspects. And that will embarrass them once again.
I love 90’s styles
His legacy is that he ensured that his people will never move forward.
Um no. He is the reason reparations are being dispersed right now. Smh.
20 years later...
O.J. in prison
Johnny Cochrane dead
F. Lee Bailey disbarred
Robert Kardashian dead
Karma.
F Lee Bailey is dead too! And so is Phil Vanatter!
You mean to tell me they did something all people do? They died?! How dare they! If they had better karma they would live forever right? So does that mean children who die early have bad karma? Flawed logic. But I do believe OJ us getting what he deserves right now
flyboyfree
Let me lay it out for you since you seem simple minded. Each of them either ended up in an early grave, ended up in prison, or had career troubles after the O.J. not guilty verdict. In other words each of them had very bad luck afterwords which people who have some intelligence might consider Karma.
natskivna You know for years and years white people have been killing black people and getting off, now one black man gets away now the system is no good, i think thats fucked up. no one deserves to die asshole!!!!
+natskivna Yeah they were bad Lawyers and OJ Simpson got away with murder b/c he had the best lawyers in the county and now they are disbarried, or dead and this happened 20 yrs later and Fred Goldman and Kimberly Goldman still fighting to this day*** Everyone knows OJ Simpson 100% guilty b/c the evidence is overwhelming! Fred Goldman was a basket case through out that WHOLE Trial
This interview makes me sick that he got off and Johnny Cochran is smiling and this whole case and story is insane****
Why did you scrubs stretch it to widescreen? Looks like garbage.
Maybe O.J. could explain:
1) His whereabouts from 9:30p.m through 10:55p.m on the night of the murders.
2) His seven alibis
3) Why to this day, not once has O.J. Simpson ever spoken to a Reputable Reporter.
bothan101 1-he has 2-one alibi 3-He has.
Cochran is thinking "please, OJ, keep talking! I hope Larry lets OJ talk and talk and talk! This is great!!"
It's written all over his face
I really think johnnie could get anyone off
Johnnie is uncomfortable as fuck here lmao...he wants OJ off that phone lol
Feel sorry for Johnny. He had his own agenda and I guess thought it was important for oj to be acquitted. Now all he's remembered for is getting a murderer off - not the good he did prior. In the aftermath I doubt he believed it was worth it.
Cochran’s legacy is well intact. That’s what lawyers are supposed to do is defend and get people off. Name of the game.
Johnny Cochrane is like please STFU 😅
cochran is that one person who defended the most disgusting person however is such a good man that he deserves all the respect in the world
Yeah, that doesn’t make any sense.
@@AIenSmithee He did so many good things regardless of this case
Wrong. No matter how you cut it defending someone you know or suspect is guilty is wrong
It was his job he got paid to do lol
@@AIenSmithee Yeah it really makes perfect sense
He isn't a scumbag. There are two side, prosecution and defense. How is he a scumbag for doing his job
Mr Johnny and the rest of the team did there jobs they knows mr Oj Simpson was guilty That's what lawyers do they paid to do a job guilty or not guilty they has to do there job's simple
Handsome Johnny Cochran
OJ you have convinced yourself you're not guilty lol 😂 dude you're guilty. The evidence is undisputable.
oj be like ''dayum, johnny making me think i didn't do it'' lol.
he was found not guilty.
He still Did it.
miss loublou So, why was he not convinced?
@@missloublou4628 You were there that night? Tell us what you saw. Spit it out.
@@dtrainbitchesby that logic how do you know he’s not
Quick Question: if OJ had misspoke during this call and contradicted himself by saying something incriminating, would the case have been reopened immediately? I ask because i think this interview was a few days after the verdict...
Double jepreody, no.
Care to offer some examples of falsely accuse, innocent men who didn't try to clear their names?
Jackie Chiles
God Damn! He would've gotten convicted on this tape.
A piece of crap... Marcia clark.. and Chris Darden did and awesome job .. how come the scumbag does not talk about the blood they found....
Cochran doesn't like OJ talking about the specific facts, he would've preferred OJ to just say, "I wasn't there, I didn't do it." He did not want OJ talking about "shadowy figures" and what the testimony showed or didn't show.
Poor OJ, had to go through all this
Nike013 awww that poor MURDERER
Jonny is hella uncomfortable his face tight
Johnny is a LEGEND
he was good , but he knew OJ was guilty ... but Johnny did his job ...
Playing the race card is easy. When you guilt trip the whole court room you best believe you will win.
Johnny has his eyes closed and clicking his heels to take him back to Oz. He wants the floor to fall out under him. Its so funny. He knows the rants oj goes on. They hired a junior lawyer to sit at the jail and just talk to him because he had to constantly keep yakking
OJ is an affable guy, when of course, he’s not murdering you.
He knew those facts😂 He was an actor. He rehearsed those lines
If he didn't kill her who did..
Ron Goldman was not delivering drugs; the investigators would have noted if he had drugs on his possession
dancerforever12896 a rage filled lunatic.
@@bratton79 If Nicole opened the gate, then why would the killer need her passcode? Ron got in without it.
Maybe Kato?
Johnny was pissed, he didn’t want O.J. calling up unprepared like that. As O.J. talked, Johnny was thinking to himself “this nigga’s an even worst actor over the phone, thank god I was able to talk his arrogant ass out of taking the stand.”
OJ has only one emotion its: Anger!!!
