  • I don’t mind doing the golf cart wiring but I have to be in the right mood to be motivated to do it. Camping season is coming quick so I better get to it. I made some progress on running the wiring for the light kit, the power inverter, fuse block, battery voltage gauge, power inverter voltage gauge, and a few other 12 V goodies. Thanks for watching!

I just bought into the slow moving electric microcar society. Oh sure some will laugh and point or even worse, both laughing and pointing at the same, but these things pay for themselves in about 3 years because no insurance or plates or sticker renewal costs, unlike faster vehicles.
Point and laugh back at them in return, and talk about the happy happy yearly vacation money because of having having a free vehicle.

Off topic question, but i noticed you had what appears to be a DCS (with run/tow swtich), but the reverse/forward assembly is a dash switch rather than the bottom shifter. My question is did you change that, or is that something that can be changed (if you know). I've got a 1997 Ezgo TXT DCS with the run tow shift and the older shift assembly. I'm trying to convert to a toggle dash switch but from what i can tell (from the internet), if it has a run/tow switch, the reverse dash toggle cannot be added.
You may not know, but any help is appreciated.

So since you used a fuse block, when you add an accessory what are you attaching the black wire for the accessory to? I am trying to install a light bar that has black and red wire, I can attach the red wire to fuse block but don’t know what I’m supposed to do with the black wire. There is no place to attach that in a fuse block. Fuse block is attached to voltage reducer and I have a 48 volt ez go ,thanks for any help

I ended up drilling a hole through that ABS plastic and putting a bolt through that I attached all ground wires to.

What gauge wiring are you using?
