Frogmore Cottage is NOT owned by Henry & Henrietta. They have a lease on it from HM The Queen, it was due for an upgrade & Henry & Henrietta were given the budget figure, for necessary repairs, they wound up overspending in excess of 3+ million Pounds. Henry agreed the money had to be paid back as it came from the Sovereigns Grant (Tax Payer Money) money for necessary upgrades to Buildings, Art Works, Furniture, Jewellery& 1000s of things Belonging to The Royal Collection. Items that were signed over to Parliament. Although many of the accommodation Buildings are lived in by Senior Royals, they are not owned by the Queen. The only buildings owned by the Queen is The Sandringham Estate & the Balmoral Estate. BP,KP, Clarence House & Windsor, belong to The Royal Collection & The Monarch has life long rights to occupy. He/She may Lease or let other buildings, but the Money must go into The Sovereigns Grant, to be used for R&M. These leases are only available to Senior Working Royals. Both the Duke of Kent & Prince Michael of Kent used to do a lot of Royal work for the Queen, when that was happening they lived in KP for free. Now They don't do as much they pay Rent.

Harry doesn’t own “ frogmore”. while he was a working royal, it was a grace and favour home, what all working royals are given……to keep this place , as somewhere to stay, if he comes to the UK
He has to lease it yearly , and pays rent to the crown , they live in USA, so rent it out to Eugenie ,
While she is in Lisbon, unless , she is still paying Rent on it, so, she has a place to stay, when she returns to London, Harry is responsible for the rent. …..
The Queen paid the lease on Frogmore Cottage as a Wedding Gift to Henry & Henrietta. She Gifted Anmer House to Prince William & Duchess Catherine of Cambridge. She owns the Sandringham Estate Privately. The Duke of Windsor, when he was King was going to sell it as the Monarch. Enough Money was raised by the Family to buy it off him. Since then the Sandringham Estate is owned by the Monarch & can not be sold outside the family or the Monarch may choose to gift part of it. Anmer House Belongs To Prince William & Catherine his wife.

Your bringing up titles to try and cause friction, Harry's children are not given titles too, it's not any automatic privilege, so just like Harry I suggest you get over it! 😂

The Queens ability to give the titles Prince or Princess is limited to: her own Children & her Grandchildren, being the Generation of Zara Tindall, Peter Phillips, Prince William, Prince Henry, Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice & Lady Louise Windsor & James, Viscount Severn. She can also bestow the title of Prince or Princess to her Great Grandchildren as long as they are in the direct line of Succession, This would be Prince William & Catherine's Children. Henry & Henrietta's 2 Children could be given the title by Charles when he becomes King, but they would need to prove their legitimacy, as no one witnessed the birth of either. If it was a surrogate birth with Henry's sperm, it would still be Illegitimate.
The monarchy should be abolished.
