Can y'all do a 'meet the team' video someday. I'm so curious about y'alls backgrounds and where you gained your skills (obviously know the MORR connection and history, but before that) and what does George do for work and what's his life like cuz he's always jetting off places. I'd love to hear y'alls back story!
Great progress! Brings back memories, I’ve had my MK2 on the road now for 18 years. You guys will have miles of smiles in the future! There are several FFRs in the St. George area. Be sure to reference the FFR forums with questions. Looking forward to this build!
That was my dream car as a young kid...I used to buy every kit car mag I could find each month just to see how people built their's up. Then a saw Smokey and the Bandit...gave up the Cobra for a Trans Am!
Carol Shelby is one of the main reason I became infatuated with cars. Nothing screams 'Merica more than flying for the Army air corp, then overcoming a horrible racing accident to become one of the most recognized brands in US history.
So happy for you all that you 0:29 have the chance to build this. Factory Five makes great kits! Took my foot doctor a year to build his, you are making great progress, all that done in 14 minutes 😅
This may get edited because I'm only five minutes in, but don't torque your control arms until it's at ride height. If not those bushings will be trash before you even know it. I would hope factory five put that in the paperwork, but I just seen you guys torque em all willy nilly. Only trying to help guys. Edit. Cool build guys, I can't wait to see more. Looks like it's gonna be a lot of fun. Hair looks good too guys.
I just started a Restoration on one of these, bought it from CoPart, right now it's a sad little car, but not for long and I will CERTAINLY be watching all your build vids. You have some cool content definitely follow you.
“I can build ya a sport car that can blow off the corvette” - Carroll Shelby Reality: 1963 Nassau Speed Week Cobras get stomped, Corvette Grand Sports nearly 10 second a lap FASTER than the Cobras, even beating the Ferrari 250 GTO! Love the Shelby Cobra, but history is history.
Nice mid life project you all decided to build. Poor Trevor gets the majority of the build to do. Tucker picked the front end up like nothing. Can’t wait to see how many MisAdventure breakdowns it will have. Keep up the projects.
Trevor and Tucker certainly have experience. Not sure about the other guy, but I think he has the money. He don't need experience. Looks like some fabrication required.
#misadventurelab, my hubs boss just had his delivered a couple of weeks ago. We're in St. Clair Co Alabama. I believe his was built in Rainbow City Al. It's an amazing car. That company that built it is badass! 🇺🇲❤🇺🇲 Just thought I'd share
this one of mine and probably every favourite cars one thing i saw you do and as a panel beater speaking i saw you silicone on the side panel under the rivets silicone make metal rust you better of with a Sikaflex product as these can prevent rust and it is a fare stronger product for a small amount more money but a lot less heart ache in the long run o loved the dad joke here one for you what has 6 legs and runs around a paddock ? A Ram doing a UE barr baarr
Awesome content as always 'Team MisAdventure'...... looking forward to seeing you compete against an original Shelby Cobra :-). Do you realise that you have redefined the concept of a male mid-life crisis ?
I have seen Factory five Cobra’s before. One of the nicest kit out there. This is such better content then mini Jeep crap ! I can’t wait to see it running around town !
I recall in the book, "Is Your Volkswagen A Sex Symbol", it posited that the length of the hood was equivalent to a man's conception of his... uh... Think Bug, think E-Type, lol... So I guess a Cobra fits the bill for a mid-life crisis! (Personally, I wanted to rebuild a 65 or 66 Mustang during my first mid-life crisis, but thank goodness I've outgrown that phase...) Find a biiiiiiig empty place for your test drives, so when you spin it out or lose control (500hp in a featherweight car is a LOT), you'll still have a car.... 😁
Now I see what the all-night Lego-a-thon was really for.
I absolutely loved the Dad joke!
Passed the midlife crisis a long time ago. I am enjoying this build. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊
That Tucker Lift sure is handy.
❤Wow.. George and William in the shop!! 👍😎✊
That's a great father and son project. Or a great project for 3 dads that enjoy building things.
Shelby was a legend! Great tribute build. Can't wait to see this car running around, with your hair in the wind!
Y'all made that look easy!! Can't wait to see the next video
Imagine how quickly and easily you could build your SECOND Factory Five Cobra replica!
You mean the one with an off-road suspension, wheels and tires?
@@Backroad_Junkie now were talking, that wood be sick. I would drive one of those everyday and scare all the EVs lol

I’ve had four or five midlife crisis’s in my life. I’m probably overdue for another one. What an awesome project!

Love that you’re building a Cobra!

Great job again.
I’ve never been So excited to see a project build!
Awesome Getter done! Looks like fun!
I live the sideplot that’s been going on for months, (I love it at least) which is checking the hairgrowth progress.
Both looking good!
0:25 I've wanted to build one of those long before I got to middle age. I still do though too...
Looks like a fun project! That thing is going to be a ripper!
Was missing Tucker, and then he appeared!!
Wow that’s going together very quickly, great job guys!
Nice job there guys, wow, you can build your own car! Its great seeing you fellows working together like that.
Hooked and lovin' this build. 😊😊😊

Yupp. Trevor’s beard grew a lot in the same 14 minutes.
Looking good guys, looking forward to seeing it driving, Jon UK
Geez, man, when I had my midlife crisis all I did was buy a box of six Dairy Queen Buster Bars!
Excellent! Can't wait to see the next one!
George, please make sure Trevor keeps his hat on for the whole video every time - or send him to Turkey
thank you thank you thank you for not being lazy and using a ford motor for this project.
When George said, "It's like Legos," you missed your opportunity to show him snoring during the construction of the Eiffel Tower set.
Come on people.. Let's get this channel to 100k subs. Thanks for sharing this video.
Midlife crisis project. I'm 100% invested.
Nice. That is one of my all time wants. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

That will be one cool car when you guys get it done, take your time and get everything right!
Always wondered about these, I will watch closely :)
Cross threading is just nature's Loctite!
Yes yes yes! Love this!
Cool build, good luck fellers!😊

hell yeah brother, this is awesome! ive always wanted to do one of these kit builds!
Since I can't afford this....I'm down to watch this whole build.
this video is awesome!
wish it was longer though.
You guys are awesome! I love the Shelby Cobra! Hmm, that was a box of lemons in the last video! You left out any misadventure in this video!

When you started cutting I didn't feel so good. Glad it was right ✓
God I love George.
He looked so happy at the beginning of the video excited to tell us about the build!

The hair is looking good boys 😉
Please name this car "Cobra Kai" because awesome!
Um you put the black brake rotors on opposite sides - slots and dots are going backwards, love this build.
Forza! Bravissimo 💪
Love the series more parts is more better
Luckily we don’t have to worry about your beard getting stuck in anything 😎 Nothing funnier than someone in just enough pain
Trevor and Tucker certainly have experience. Not sure about the other guy, but I think he has the money. He don't need experience. Looks like some fabrication required.
If RAD Rudy helps... It might be a Lifted 4x4 Snake!!!!!
Ok it’s not only middle aged men who want one. Though I am middle aged now I wanted one when I was young.
Those are awesome. Knew a guy who put one of those together.
My mid life crisis car was a turbo charged BMW. Totally not worth it.
Just a few weeks ago a fella was telling me he was wanting a Shelby Cobra for his mid-life crisis.
George looking kinda shaggy. You're going to need a haircut before long. Looking good 👍
If I were an heir to the Zerk family fortune, I could have emotional support gold bars to get me through my midlife crisis 👽🗿👽🗿👽
When is second trip to Turkey? Looks like the fur be growing from last time......
This is going to be sweet
Lookin good gents like the build are you going with the 5.0 or something electric
7:50 Boooo and hissss 😎 I want my money back
My favorite car
Just say it's a one wheeler peeler? Love this guys love the channel but I'm glad you're sticking to powered by Ford
Oh you bastard 😔 iv wanted a kit since I was 13
There's nothing like driving an AC on the streets
Why are the brake rotors painted where the pads will contact?
Lucky you...... fate decided I would have a stroke and have to start over completely for mine.....
Instead of midlife crisis I think it’s a dream come true 😂

Reluctantly giving a like for the awful stainless steel galling joke. ;)
The factory 5 cobra kit mark smith started is one nice kit , the only cobra better is the kirkham Motorsport cobra 🤑🤤🤤
You're gonna wear out that torque wrench
Hard to beat that classic royal blue with creamy white racing stripes. In a similar vein, what about a deep near midnight purple?
Will Tucker fit in it ?
Red.....?
I like the blue ones. 💙
With grey race stripes

Factory five and you choose the Cobra ? Brah 65 couple ? The best one is the truck !
When the Gomer Pile.joke was told, my dog literally groaned. That's when you know it is bad.
Next video…. Shelby Cobra gets 44” and a full roll cage 😏
That's not a corvair,
Don't even let MATTMAN look at it. 😂
Bring the product to South Africa
Might want to put those front calipers on the correct side guys. Bleeders go up
We fixed it 🤙🏼
Curious George wasn't the midlife crisis?
You guys should have more subs! Just curious, does George think he will ever get his Tesla Roadster? Supposedly it can fly now. :)
I’m got my fingers crossed that it will be next year!
@@MisAdventureLab 2 weeks. :)
Well this escalated quickly
go to show ya 3 nerds can build a cobra lol great job

They need to take it to sand hollow and do the wreck game trail and see how far they get. LOL

I say mount it on a wrecked Bronco...
A Ford motor in a Ford car? Who'd a thunk it?
