Age correlates with iron status, hence their marketing. But can’t confuse marketing with personalized nutrition. Eg If an elder has iron deficiency anemia they’d be better off on centrum regular. If a young man has insulin resistance hepatic iron overload, they are better off on silver. Hope that makes sense.
