- Enjoy a morning in the garden with me, lots of weeds and onions and garlic to harvest, sunflowers are popping out, tomatoes are getting ready to pick. It has been a time with the hail and lots of rain, and extreme heat (95 F)

@HappyFarmsLa Yes it is, very hard for me. I usually only do it when my body feels like my tank is at zero so I can't even force being productive, I just have to rest.

That hail damage is crazy. Sorry to hear about your window and sunflowers. The t-shirt cracked me up. You use what you've got even if its pink elastic from an uncomfortable bra ☺️😆
I didn't have good luck with Romas this year only had a couple plants though.
I've also got my share of weeds and grass. With work and heat just really hard to maintain it.
I've got some onions I need to harvest today we have another storm I think. Red onions are my favorite. You did great! I'm trying to get some pumpkin planted before I'm to late
Yes perfect timing for Halloween pumpkins now! I just planted basil and dill today, plus a few more of my neck pumpkins! Thanks for watching my friend!
I wonder if the sunflowers are stealing nutrients from the peppers?
they are on another "bed" from the sunflowers, i do think it is because these are just planted closer together, and the soil / watering out there is not as good.
but i have heard they are heavy feeders and can steal!

Does composting take up a lot of time?
Not the way I do it. I dig a hole and bury it. Done deal. In the garden.
