Usually aggressive people only try running away if their life is low(or you have a fear spell/scroll/enchantment - or turn undead against one of them) - some crouch down saying something like "I yield" and start regenerating life - after some time they rise again and attack you again.

On my first time I bunny hopped up the mountain, killed the frost troll, and followed the path backwards to see where it led. I then learned there was a mini-sidequest and a couple of other things that were scripted that didn't happen.

In order to Shout that rapidly, that guy must have had the amulet of Talos, the blessing of Talos, and a dragon priest mask. Note that the interval between the first Shout and the second is only 13 seconds, which can only be achieved by having the stuff mentioned above-by default the recharge time on Unrelenting Force is 45 seconds.

Yep. But games are full of bullshit e.g. Tf2, a pyro comes and blasts you with fire. The initial burn doesn't kill you, but the afterburn does.
Dean Clarke Most of those things are done for balancing/user enjoyment. Pyro killing in one-shot is HATED in the community (Phlogistinator did something similar, but was nerfed). Soldier and Demoman shouldn't fly, but they can. These things are done for balance and enjoyment.
