    great teacher, one of the best I have watched on youtube. Fast and very precise . I'm just starting and I love his lessons.

    The more clay mix with the graphite the harder the pencil mix after fired. The more binder mix the softer it becomes the binders are wax or polymer. So the higher numbers stand for the more clay or more binder in the mix.

    A kneaded eraser is more versatile than he indicated. You certainly can use it in a scrubbing technique.

    According to Google you were right about the Inuit words for snow. Was debunked for a while, then a " proper " study was done..and yes the earlier description of Inuit language was right.
    P.s. if you don't have an education degree you should be GIVEN one by some college because you are really deserve one. This retired teacher is now taking your classes. Yeah!

      michael hodges John (Jack) Muir Laws is the leader of the Nature Journal Club (look up johnmuirlaws.com or check out the Nature Journal Club on facebook). Jack is the illustrator/author of the famous Law's Field Guide to the Sierras.
