Every time I listen to these, I really miss the old radio shock jock days. In New York we'd listen to Howard early then switch over to O and A. K Rock and WNEW. No podcast will ever beat it.
The Edmund Fitzgerald, Jimmy going to the Derek Jeter tribute, patrice's story about going to prison, and the nambla documentary are some of the best bits in my opinion in the history of the show and this one isn't far behind. I realize that about once a year I popped this on and remember how I heard it live the first time when I was in college and was howling laughing it still has that same feeling for me. 2005 to 2008 were the best years of the show in my opinion. The early XM days I thought Opie and Anthony were going to be unstoppable and flowstone out of the water when the satellite wars began. I'm sad the show flamed out and never reached its full potential in my opinion.

@street It is an easy target, and it falls into the basest level of comedy. I wasn’t a listener when they were on, but have seen a lot of the snippets on RUclips. For the most part they were good, especially with Patrice and Colin Quinn etc. But they had their share of bad takes, and unfunny moments. This is one. The joy these people had being a part of this, was just so wholesome that the jabs came off as cruel and cheap. But comedy is subjective as they say, and some people are easy laughs.
