HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 7 окт 2024
- During the Mongol invasions, a pig farmer leads a militia defending the Bulgarian villages. But when his victories attract the attention of the Tsar and his nobles, he is forced to lead a mass uprising. Can a man of such humble origins defy the established order and give people freedom?

Just for Viper, the devs added in heros that can die twice.
Hero death count: 8
Mounted Ivaylo x2
Dismounted Ivaylo x2
Kasim Beg x2
Kasim Beg's pupper x2
Sad doggo noises
with the pupper he just crossed a red line. i demand blood
I think he was trying to make Kasim go John Wick
The last time I was this early Viper was still getting silver medals on beginner tutorials.
haha
I love how good this campaigns are made. In the real story Ivaylo is blockaded for months in the Drastar fortress causing rumors in Tarnovo that he might be dead so that's why the nobility there surrendered to Byzantine and so got Ivan Asen III as emperor.
Ivaylo went into Tarnovo shotly after, but could't take it back despite a good win he made over the Byzantine forces, those making Ivan Asen III to run.
It is said both Ivaylo and Ivan Asen III went to Nogai Khan at the same time to ask for support, at first Nogai was seem to be suppoting Ivaylo but Byzantine diplomacy(Nogai married a daughter of Emperor Michael VIII) made him kill Ivaylo at a feast the legend says.
Biper keeps his oath guys, he's not killing heroes. He's killing their dogs instead.
Oh wait he killed heroes as well lul.
Those dogs were heroes, too. SMH!
rip bestest doggo
Viper: "How am I supposed to beat this army? This is a lot of pressure early!"
Also Viper: *not producing any military units despite abundant resources*
13:54 First viper moment in Last Khans, mark it boys.
Losing the same hero twice in one fight
New levels of Viper have been reached
Tried to beat this mission on moderate numerous times. Finally gave up and went online to get a feel for how to win and this is the first video I find. needless to say I was lmao the first 10 min because thats pretty much what I went through, confused, more confused, unprepared and denial lol. Thanks for the video man.
Same for me. Two times beated ..now I'll try
build lots of castles and towers close to market
Viper: "C'mon, c'mon, be the last Khan."
Last Khan dies, green switches allegiance
Cinema Sins guy: "Roll credits."
Also, great detailing in the crumbling cloth from Mongol wonder.
Man I said that to myself as he said that!!
Final verdict: Hero slayer!
Don't worry, Viper! Just for you, I made sure Ivaylo didn't have to survive in this scenario! Watch out for scenario 4, however! Ivaylo must survive there!
lol let's just say Ivaylo got injured here
@@tomh4754 if you reach Hranislav without losing any units, you get additional resources to start the main battle. The safest way to do this without losing men is to use the Transport Ship and sail to him.
@@filthydelphiacreations1619 ouh I love that :)
Man, that is a broken scenario xD. I don't see how someone below Viper's level can beat it...
@@conde.nao.com.d He was playing on the Hardest campaign difficulty.
Holy sheet that was an intense scenario. I don't think I could ever win this one in the hardest
I should stop watching these campaigns and play them by myself, they have impressed me now. Also, that Khan is a very interesting guy, he and La Hire should have a drink session.
You'll have a lot of fun with Nogai Khan! When playing this scenario, train a bunch of skirmishers and spearmen to hear Nogai's disapproval of your tactics!
@@filthydelphiacreations1619
I am commander in charge, I can do whatever tactics I want :-P.
@@filthydelphiacreations1619 But seems the wood supply does not support trash unit tactics
agreed. even the best player needs to pray for the next round of resources despite he already showed why he is one of the best in the world in this scenario
I finally have the time to play DE. Won this mission on hardest by defending to the very last inch of base and transporting units so I can sneak units to red and kill the Khans. Also I stopped watching Viper's campaign from this point to experience the story myself and was satisfied by this entire Ivaylo campaign. Thanks for your hard work on making this@@filthydelphiacreations1619
Viper: Attack the opponents!!!!
Cumans: Idk man, the wolves looks scary
They are taking vengeance for Kasim's doggo
Damn did this one myself, it's a darn DeathMatch. I immediately sold wood and bought stone to build a castle in the bottom corner of the base and that helped a lot. Keeping the market alive is pretty important.
exactly what i did built two castles by the gate and they protect all the buildings there.
15:14 defining moment of the Konnik as a unit.
57:25 best Kipchaks ever.
a dismounted ivaylo... a mounted joan of arc... a merciless viper to kill them all!
"If I can turn the Cumans to my side..."
(Looks at flaming patch of dirt that used to be his base being raided by post-imp units)
(Long pause)
(Sad/nervous/given-up chuckle)
"What can I make what can I make what can I make?"
Pros:
- Good Player
- Good Micro
Cons:
- Constantly flow of enemies
- Doesn't know how many Khans there are
how could one know
Hey Viper, you can earn that first objective by going left and putting everyone in the transport. Also you can ROTATE GATES NOW, just hold down ctrl and use the mouse wheel
I am depressed and anxious and your videos and aoe is the only things keeping me alive. I don’t think you realize how much you mean to some of us😔❤️
Stay strong!
Come to India. No depression here. Lots of cows and bulls and cats and dogs to keep mind distracted and relaxed. And nosy Indians to keep you entertained.
I'm in the same situation man, "good" to know im not alone. Stay strong brother
@@vineetmishra2690 This right here is why people see Indians as annoying.
@@aninen46862 wtf you're talking about. I was trying to be helpful. And yes I'm sincere. India tends to take away your depression
Tsarina is the russian version of the Tsar's lady. The bulgarian is Tsaritsa.
tsaritsa sounds like food
@@John-jc3ty "Tsarevitsa" indeed means "corn" in Bulgarian.
Actually in russian its also tsaritsa
@@Nik0lay11 stop putting food as your rulers, for gods sake!!!
Tsaritsa is the same in Russian. Dunno where they got Tsarina from.

best way to win this campaign, is to immediately build two castles right by the gate to the south and fill them up with units, and upgrade to bodkin arrow, bracer and thumbring straight away. Then build some of the smaller castles and a few towers all in close proximity and fill them up too, they will protect your building fine, but DO NOT allow your 3 villagers to die! you'll need constant repairs. You will need lots of lightcavalry/hussars all upgraded with speed and armour to stop the trebuchets and rams they bring. Once defences are done the first enemy to attack is the green army castle to stop the trebuchets, dont necessarily need to defeat them or ally them straight away, just destroy castle. Once that's done you need to destroy red army's siege workshop to stop the attacks with rams. After that you no longer need to keep defending and repairing buildings and can attack more. It's better to ally with red and green army, makes it easy to take out the yellows then.
No matter how many crushing blows you dealt, Nogai Khan's confidence never wavered. Dude truly was the Black Night from Monty Python of the Age Of Empires series.
I feel "Snippy in da house" would've rocked this mission..
That thing with boiling alive was also in Genghis Khan, he boiled the chieftains that doesn't follow him.
3 videos in 1 day, looks like viper is booming on youtube with aoe2 de :P
1:05:35 "no heroes lost, as always"
-Viper, after losing three heroes, one of which had two lives.
It's nice to see even Viper having a hard time with this one. I had to put it on slow speed and abuse pausing for micro and even then it took me several tries.
Something i didnt realise until the end is that i was able to train a small amount of kipchaks for free at some point in the castle maybe because i took over an hour to complete the mission on hard
This was very sad part of Bulgarian history. I remember I was so sad I had to learn it and carry on do a test on it.
Thanks for the person who allowed to turn it into a positive multiverce.
the village micro boogie lmao 40:24
After i had to restart this to beat it on hard, I came here to see how the Viper managed. With a restart, like me. Happy to see I was not the only one struggeling. Key is the market you have in the beginning, you can buy stone and build a krepost right away to protect market. Then it is quite easy.
33:19 "If I kill that Khan, I shall emerge victorious.' *pan to base on fire* "Maybe not victorious, but..."
Sneaking to the transport past the Cuman castle probably has a greater chance to have all your units survive as long as you micro well.
AOE2DE and his New Unit Konik = Dismounted Konik
TheViper and his New Unit Ivaylo and Dismounted Ivaylo
Love your commentary and sober nature. Keep it up!
Tatars and Cumans have 3 khans each (6 khans in total). In your first attempt, you killed 4 khans, which was 2 khans of each. If you had managed to take that khan in 34:44, the Cumans would have turned to your side, because that was indeed their last khan.
Just finished playing. Probably the most difficult campaign mission apart from the Magyar one on Historical Battles
Woah, Tarnovo!?? My ancesters are from Tarnovo lol
10 MINUTES TO THE SARRACENO ATTACK ... O.O
I SAY, 2 DAYS ARE MISSING FOR THE EXIT OF THE AGE OF EMPIRES 2 D.E.
I am glad I found this Chanel
Today's quote is from cpt Kirk: KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNN!!!!!!
Gonna be honest, I would've been super disappointed if Viper went throughout the campaign without getting his Hero killed.
Out of curiosity - which 'original' heroes from the scenario editor were 'renamed' to represent the likes of Kasim Beg (7:44) and Nogay Khan in the campain? I already found that Georgi Terter is renamed 'Kushluk' and Hranislav (at least its 'cavalry archer' form from 1st scenario) is renamed 'Urus Khan'...
I'm just gonna say Daut that's all
Relaxing after work has never been more stressful. Are they serious making missions impossibly hard???
Man, I really hope it is nothing serious with the endoscopy, get well soon Viper!
I was interested when the intro mentioned (Veliko) Tarnovo. Still today a beautiful medieval city. The grounding in factual places and historical events makes AOE2 special, even if the gameplay of the campaigns is a bit buggy
Viper if only you knew how many times i yelled “SNEAK TO THE TRANSPORT SHIP” ..
Kasin Beg speaking from the grave POG
Kasin Beg is Obi-Wan Kenobi confirmed.
"I can build a Kipchak"
Well that's one broken Kipchak if I ever saw one. 10:25
Its almost 2020 and those poor tatar cav archers are still trapped.
They are scared of the wolves
The campaign has two story lines. If you kill the actual Tsar in the first mission you Ivaylo will become Tsar and so one, if you ally it will turn out differently and the transport ship comes into play. ;)
interesting... and what does the transport do?
@@prathameshvaidya Haven't played this yet, a friend told me. But apart from this where is the fun to spoil it?
@@prathameshvaidya You rush to it and take it up to the village without fighting anyone
@14:00 - 14:25
Clearly that were your intentions ;D
Nogai Khan so strong he can talk from the grave.
9:55 first hero death of many
this sounds like a video from the future, w8 release!
im also quite an experienced player but this mission is just too hard. i lingered until the 30th minutue with skirmishers but i havent thought about building a crepost. nice thought using the market!
actually i just beat with no trouble. just mass cavarly archers and thats it. dont spend money on anything else
Endoscopy? Sounds like something Vlad the Impaler would gladly do
What the hell is going on with the campaign difficulties. The Sforza campaign with a shown difficulty of 3/3 is ezpz "built arbalests and rightclick" faceroll even on hard AI, while the 3rd missions of the Ivalyo and Draculea campaigns, rated at 2/3 difficulty, are barely beatable nightmares. (only for Draculea's 4th mission to be the easiest ever).
I also hate how the Bulgarian campaign incentivises me to go cav archers every game even though it should be a melee cav/infantry civ. There are enough other campaigns where cav archers are strong.
I cant wait to make a mod for the konniks in the editor
Viper: Another easy campaign today
Dev: I won't say that if I were you :)))))
Please, play the Kotyan's campaign!!
I used to convert these special units, it made me very very happy. The new AOE , you can't convert hero units
I was coming to see how to deal with first attack ... i was kind of surprised x)
This must be an earlier version of that mission, when I played it green spammed trebuchets and red had upgraded rams right away o.o
So “Reach Drastar without losing a man” is meaningless? Or will get reward?
Who knows.. Perhaps by getting there with the transport, it benefits you more. For example, you dont get all the aggro from the troops on the way to Dastar, you do the quest (dont lose a single man till you get there and perhaps you dont get swarm attacked all that often. Idk.. someone should clarify the reason of the existence of this quest and if Viper actually played it the right way.
You will get additional resources. You will also aggro less enemies depending on the route you take.
2k gold reward
For the transport you can run to it making it so you lose no units giving you 2k extra gold but the timing is really tight like two hits till failure, and if the champion dies before you arrive you are defeated.
Damn it, I just wanted to go to bed, but I suppose it will have to wait.
At first I thought the khans were respawning I felt as though I killed 3 tatars khan and still they wouldn't defect not to mention the golden horde stuck their big nose on my siege of tatars. So here I was retreating, healing, and massing a new army to attack. And as I arrive with my army a khan walked out of the gates to meet my army and then they were freed... *sigh*
on the question- Can you blame me? answer is YES!!!
Campaign was so hard and i thought i was doing bad
I wish we got a justus cam instead of no camera
what worked for me was instant buying a castle dropping it on the front and had vills build just out of range then no mele just heavy cav archer and use a hero to hit the wall agro ing all the units run the hero back to the castle, run in with the 30 cav archers then snipe the 3 khans and go back and heal regroup and bait and kill, then it is really not that bad. basically abuse the way the AI works
This was for scieeence
i like how viper speaks about responsability after he threw away his heroes 1111111111
I read 'tsar of the burglars'
So we meet again, Oath breaker.
Biper playing AOE2:DE campaign 1, mission 1: "I will not lose my heroes playing DE"
Also Biper, campaign 1, mission 2: loses same hero twice
We got a hero down, the viper always pays his debts to the viewers
There might not be hardest difficulty, but you could always set speed to fast :)
I beat it by sending just the scout to the camp (bonus 2000 gold), spamming cav archers into the castle, building a krepost as soon as possible and filling it with skirmishers, and sending my initial army to its death trying to clear out khans from red’s base. All that bought me enough time to train and upgrade a decent sized army to kill off the rest of the khans.
On hard, Ivaylo 2 and 3 are definitely the hardest of the 5. After those two, 4 and 5 are a joke.
wonder if building a dock at the start is a good idea for food? actually i didnt see a dock in the build screen.....ugh...
Did i hear the first 15 seconds correctly? Endoscopy?
Hope you are alright, Mr. Viper. Take care and take rest. I hope it was just part of a checkup and not something serious.
That mission was a nightmare
29:55 just passing just looking for khans sorry😂
34:42 The last khan. they fight until the last one man.
35:00 restart of the campaign
42:14 someone just kill.. what
57:20 invincible super animal
1:01:27 how to micro to evade onager's attack
Persians have a new tech making their crossbows a trash unit... Seems worthy of a Viper video.
Kinda nice to see even the Goat is confused by this. I've tried to play this for a good number of times, let me see how it's done!
i just went straight to yellpw and killed khan and tent in hopes yellow would juoin me then i would take over the rest...congratulations scenario complete!! :P guess i just needed the tent in the end was a surprise for me haha
That's not fair. You already completed some campaigns and I still need to wait till tomorrow to play it :(
Get well man.
Just watched OrnLu attempt this earlier. He had to restart three times and was attacking with skirmishers and light cav, lmao.
EDIT1: It's crazy how players worry about finding and killing x amount of khans during this mission. If you just castle up your base and keep defending with plenty of units, they just send the khans out to you in battle so you can whack them without seeking them out all over the map.
RIP Ivaylo.
Can something special happen with the other objective of not losing units ? I guess there aren't many enemies on the way to the transport, and once you reach it it's safe.
Out of all the missions this one fucked me over so many times, I just cant survive that initial magundai/onager rush
A trick I always use is to 20 Garrison my Castles all the time. If the AI even tries to get close things are going to die fast.
this looks very good. even the best player struggles in this @@
i thought it was suspicious that you didnt lose when ivaylo is killed, thought he was gonna be killed in the ending sequence, but he didnt. its pretty weird
I dont remember how i beat this, but i think it involved seige onagers of my own and kreposts at both gates
1:07:05 Huh, the timeline looks like the Bulgarian flag.
Owen Carter its white green red not yellow green red
Lithuania actually
