I think our hair is a big part of our self image, and losing it is a really difficult experience because we lose the ability to look the way we want to. I can only imagine how hard this has been for you, but am amazed by the courage and confidence you've demonstrated by sharing this difficult journey with people.
I wish that getting diagnosed with one illness meant people could catch a break from other things (at least for a while) but it seems with these things - when it rains, it pours. Never seems fair. But despite it all you've shown it's possible to get through these tough times, and even find new things to appreciate about life.
    Truly inspirational 😊

In 2016 I got bit by a spider on the leg slightly above the ankle. In late 2017 I got MRSA from the bite and my ankle swelled to the size of a bowling ball. In early 2018 my bite healed after they cut the head of the sore off. In late 2018 my sore reopened. I was changing the dressings 3 times a day. In late 2019 my sore started draining fluid. The doctor indicated that my sore may be healing, but the sore got worse and turned into Sepsis. I took large doses of antibiotics in my mouth and veins. I was asked to bathe my leg in a solution and got a blood red rash from it. Half my head turned red and lost most of my hair on that side, I lost my memory and my edge at work; I couldn't manage my team and was given menial tasks. I got hurt on the job and was out 6 more months. When I came back I was given a horrible review, the worst in my 24 years with the company and decided to retire soon afterwards, but before I retired I had 4 procedures on my legs/veins to improve blood circulation. I lost so much of my knowledge of managing people, my self and enjoying hobbies. I used to play pool and lost that ability as well. I never thought about taking my life; always thinking that's the "chicken" way. I thought I'd be happier in retirement, but its worse. Watching your vids give me hope and I sincerely thank you for that. Thank you sweet lady. JB
