I will take that as a yes lol, not hard to do, and a good idea for this. 14 years working in the rc industry, so i can see it being done. Better question is what kept you from doing the steering as well. Its actually easy to do. No worse than large scale aircraft. Especially with todays electronics available.
Why not just take plywood and 2x4 and finish the ramp in the bed of the truck? Then if you clip you just hit the plywood, then you can test angles and speeds to see if you will clip..then you take away the ramp in the bed.
@@wstreff It can be done. Long box truck would give you plenty of room. truck that sat up a little taller would give the ramp more angle which would give you more clearance. I like how he is a professional snowmobiler but only now does he learn that there is a ramp for putting a snowmobile into a truck? I guess in professional snowmobile country the sled deck came before the truck box??
U need a bump in front of the ramp , small kicker so u land on the ramp and pre jump bounce the cab/double. Burp it speeds not trying to clear 15 buses . Lol

It acutally worked out pretty well, the truck was a scrap truck to use for parts, and the only damage on the sled was it bent the one ski up pretty good. To see what would happen was well the worth the expense to me. haha
